“I went in tonight to place my order face to face because the last few phone orders were not as expected. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak fresh toasted bun with ONLY cheese, onions and light green peppers and we ran through it twice only for me to get home and I look and plenty of mayonnaise up and down the the top.. (HATE IT) the bread I could barely bite making it chewy (OLD) . I give up , the convenience of the location, and cost for me isn’t worth me NOT being satisfied in the end. They were perfect for me at one time but all good things come to an end.“

“Hi, So I had an issue with the dominos at cross link last night. I asked for chicken Alfredo with chicken and Italian sausage and the MESS I received looked horrible. No Alfredo sauce AT ALL. So I called to talk with someone and he said he gave me what I asked for. He boxed it up and looked at it himself. I think this is the store that Frank runs. The guy I spoke with made me feel like it wasn’t even safe to eat from there after talking with him so this morning I went to Wendell and showed the made dish to a guy name Darrius and asked him was this made correctly, Him and 2 other of his co workers agreed that it wasn’t made correctly so he nicely took it apon himself to make it right!! Thank you so much for being so kind Darrius and hearing me out about the mess that Dominos at cross link made. You rock! You appear to be a lot better at managing the store than Frank is. Thanks again! I’ll be back to see you! And also thanks to the delivery guy that came out in the rain.“

“This was our first time checking this place out! Loved that there were options for everyone and the seafood boil was delicious! Our waitress was very attentive and kept checking in on us and had refills out to us before our glasses were empty. I believe it was manager or another waiter helping out since they had a large group and he also checked in on us as well. Good service on a Tuesday night usually is hard to come by but the crew that was there tonight did a phenomenal job!“

“This Bojangles is one of the good ones out there. I usually order the same thing (4 Piece Supreme, Fries with extra seasoning and 2 sides of Ranch with either a large Mtn Dew or Sweet Tea.) And 90% of the time I get what I want. Which is great! (10% of that time would be no straw, no sauces, no extra seasoning). Im very glad that the workers do not give me a hard time when i ask for those things. I also usually ask for the food to be fresh, and oftentimes, they fulfill this request. I came by the Drive Thru yesterday, and I am happy to say that I was pretty satisfied with the meal they provided! No other Bojangles. I've been to have this kind of dedication! This makes the long lines at the Drive Thru worth the wait! Thank you, guys!!!“

“First time here and I'm already in love. The atmosphere was great. Very chill and my interactions with employees were warm. And the pizza is delicious ? ?. I was very surprised and am very happy. One thing for the store if you see this. I ordered the ff pizza cause that is the best combination I have ever heard of. I but I was disappointed with it only because the ff were not cooked all the way. That brought down the enjoyment big time. Still great idea just need to make sure fries are fully cooked.“

“As a self-proclaimed chicken wing connoisseur, I am very particular about my wings—and these wings did not disappoint! I ordered 7 all-flat wings, and the size was perfect—not too small and not so big that you'd question if they were on steroids. The skin had a satisfying crunch, while the meat remained tender and juicy.

I tried the Stinger sauce, which was delicious. It’s definitely on the milder side but has a lovely honey-sweet flavor that complements the wings well.

Unfortunately, the fries were a big letdown—cold, hard, and sugar-coated. They’d earn just 1 star from me. But the wings were so good they completely made up for the disappointing fries.

I would definitely return for the wings alone!“

“I have never seen or experienced such great customer service like I have here, the staff is extremely friendly always has great attitudes and always smiling, the managers are always friendly as well. The staff always makes sure you have what you need and if something is wrong they will sort it out and make sure it is resolved. They are always making sure the lobby is clean and neat. Over all 10/10 and will always come back to this zaxbys.“

“I visited for the first time from Cleveland. The staff was so nice and attentive. The food was excellent. The drinks were great and inexpensive. The atmosphere was fabulous. The customers were just as friendly as the staff. I will definitely patronize this establishment when I return.“

“We went Valentine’s Night. Every where had over an hour wait, we got here and my party of 6 was seated immediately! Our server was amazing! And the food was outstanding! They had a limited menu for valentines night so we will definitely go back on another night to try more items!“

“I would like to leave a review based on the great customer service and food I received last night. I placed my order for the Salmon with broccoli and fried rice. Not knowing it is cooked in Teriyaki sauce I placed the order. Once I received it I was disappointed in myself for not asking. I eat everything plain. I called around 8 pm not to complain but in hopes that they were able to make a new order for me without the sauce. They agreed. I was very thankful for them being understanding. They made my order to perfection in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely eat here again. Thank you!“

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

We were initially very unhappy with our order and I had to drive back to the store. Not only did she take the time to remake everything herself, but she gave us desert on her! She was super friendly and patient as we don't usually eat here. Based on her customer service I would definitely return!!!“
