“I went in tonight to place my order face to face because the last few phone orders were not as expected. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak fresh toasted bun with ONLY cheese, onions and light green peppers and we ran through it twice only for me to get home and I look and plenty of mayonnaise up and down the the top.. (HATE IT) the bread I could barely bite making it chewy (OLD) . I give up , the convenience of the location, and cost for me isn’t worth me NOT being satisfied in the end. They were perfect for me at one time but all good things come to an end.“

“Hi, So I had an issue with the dominos at cross link last night. I asked for chicken Alfredo with chicken and Italian sausage and the MESS I received looked horrible. No Alfredo sauce AT ALL. So I called to talk with someone and he said he gave me what I asked for. He boxed it up and looked at it himself. I think this is the store that Frank runs. The guy I spoke with made me feel like it wasn’t even safe to eat from there after talking with him so this morning I went to Wendell and showed the made dish to a guy name Darrius and asked him was this made correctly, Him and 2 other of his co workers agreed that it wasn’t made correctly so he nicely took it apon himself to make it right!! Thank you so much for being so kind Darrius and hearing me out about the mess that Dominos at cross link made. You rock! You appear to be a lot better at managing the store than Frank is. Thanks again! I’ll be back to see you! And also thanks to the delivery guy that came out in the rain.“

“This was our first time checking this place out! Loved that there were options for everyone and the seafood boil was delicious! Our waitress was very attentive and kept checking in on us and had refills out to us before our glasses were empty. I believe it was manager or another waiter helping out since they had a large group and he also checked in on us as well. Good service on a Tuesday night usually is hard to come by but the crew that was there tonight did a phenomenal job!“

Easy to get in and out of parking lot.\nOnly thing about this location: They are hiring really young people that don't seem to have any home training, and act as though they don't want to be at work. The food is consistently good. Just be prepared for possible rudeness from the help.“

“This place has the best pizza!! They taste better than little Caesar’s because little Cesar’s lost its flavor a while ago. The pizza and garlic bread sticks are always hot and fresh. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the cinnamon desert they have the icing taste is fakey. But we love their pizzas!“

“We went Valentine’s Night. Every where had over an hour wait, we got here and my party of 6 was seated immediately! Our server was amazing! And the food was outstanding! They had a limited menu for valentines night so we will definitely go back on another night to try more items!“

“I visited for the first time from Cleveland. The staff was so nice and attentive. The food was excellent. The drinks were great and inexpensive. The atmosphere was fabulous. The customers were just as friendly as the staff. I will definitely patronize this establishment when I return.“

“The OG of Chinese hole in the wall restaurants. Not a place where you’ll find orange-sauced chicken nuggets but an obvious neighborhood favorite judging from the continual to-go traffic. We enjoyed generous portions of chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. One star withheld for greasy egg rolls. The egg drop soup lacked flavor (to me) but the egg was very tender. The atmosphere was lacking but the prices make up for it; $16 each for our meals plus counter tip.“

“I have never seen or experienced such great customer service like I have here, the staff is extremely friendly always has great attitudes and always smiling, the managers are always friendly as well. The staff always makes sure you have what you need and if something is wrong they will sort it out and make sure it is resolved. They are always making sure the lobby is clean and neat. Over all 10/10 and will always come back to this zaxbys.“

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

Never dined in as it was closed due to staffing and previous Covid up to 2022,

Current 2025...Always perfect, order online, pay at pickup, always nice staff. This is a favorite quick dinner when you have a hard day.... highly recommend !
