“This one might be a bit long. Last night I went to this location and was completely blown away by what happened. I have been in food service for more than 20 years and I walked into this mcdonalds and the manager on duty sylvonia (I hope I spelled your name correctly) was absolutely amazing. Not only was she super friendly and gave the best customer service I've ever experienced at Any mcdonalds location, but she was SO fast, efficient and even seemed to be training someone whilst keeping everything else going smoothly. I have never experienced that before and I am completely blown away. The store manager of this location needs to take note of the fact that sylvonia is indispensable and I am absolutely certain deserves a promotion and raise. She could absolutely run that store by herself, and did! Corporate also needs to take note of her and see the shining star they have at this location and open up every opportunity to her, because at the end of the day you have costumers who come to your establishment and only expect fast food, but when she's in the building you leave with a smile and a certainty that you won't be going anywhere else from now on! Its SO rare nowadays to have someone care so much about their job that the customer can instantly tell because they've just been given they best customer service they've ever experienced, but I'm happy to say that now, I have!“

“Been coming here for my birthday since 2022 and I absolutely love it. Big portions and good prices, the food is really nice, but the vibe of the place is the best. Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. Always come here in the evening and enjoy your time.

and it’s got a good record shop next to it called Noble Records. Sells cds records and cassettes and I’ve bought from them after eating a lot. Writing this review right outside in the parking lot actually about to go in south 21.

“Came to this location around 4pm on a Saturday. Not very busy, ordered 2 burgers and a parmesan garlic fries. Burgers like usual were amazing! So much flavor and texture. The fries were plain and I was a little disappointed. Also ordered their Mango passion fruit boba and it was a little sour and bitter and had almost a chemical taste.“

“Oh my gosh if I could give this place 1 million stars I would! My son wanted his 8th birthday here badly. I called and spoke with Julie and she answered all my questions & was super helpful with suggestions. The day of the party Hilary made our desert platter with the funfetti cake bites and candy and it was SO delicious. I can’t rave enough about the cake bites, honestly everyone of my guests loved them! We had the tots fries, chicken tenders and ravioli (fried) and it was all so amazing and surprisingly fed a lot of people for what I ordered. They didn’t try to upsell me but guided me on what would reasonably work for how many people. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful too! It was a blast for the kids AND adults!! Not gonna lie I kinda want my bday party here next year lol. Thanks again Fox’s- y’all were amazing ! Highly recommend!!“

“The buns were too soft and it seems they grill them and push them flat when you have a large size burger the bread tends to fall apart also the fries could have been cooked harder The floors are slippery as well“

“I swear this is the most consistently great burger place ever. And they’re always emailing me deals if you sign up for their rewards club. I literally drive 40 minutes to Monroe because they close the one in Charlotte. But it’s so worth it. And now I’m falling in love with not just their burgers but also their chicken bites. So yummy.“

“Visited Matthews, NC few days ago and had lunch here. The food was awesome (I had Jalapeno Poppers and Peter Piper burger), and so was the beer selection (I had a really good blonde ale (cannot recall the name unfortunately)). Service was great, and washrooms were clean. The place has a really cool vibe to it, looks like one would feel at home there while watching sports on one of the many screens.“

“This is a great local place, family owned, where you can get a really good burger with all the fixin's or a chili dog. The food is delicious and really great quality. Short order cook makes them perfect here! Staff is friendly as you'd expect in this small town. Prices are very reasonable. There are about a half dozen or more tables you can sit at and enjoy your lunch, or just order to go!

“I ordered the Cali turkey which was dry, not to my liking. The manager Cali came over to me and asked what was wrong with the burger. I explained it to her and then she asked would I like something else. She was VERY nice, the staff in general was nice. I ended up with the Chipotle wings, which were delicious!“

“Great sports bar, visited on a weekend and was packed but the service was quick and friendly. We had a great time eating dinner, playing shuffleboard and having a few drinks. would recommend it's a small hidden gem sports bar tucked away in ardrey kell area.“

“Same as any other five guys, although my wait time to receive the food was horrible, stood there in line for almost 30 minutes while orders before mine and after mine were called before me and I had a simple cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. The ladies working the line did not have a sense of urgency at all and we're super slow while the guy working the fries killed it, those ladies need to be retrained or replaced.“

Steak and Shake have the best value for your money , quick efficient service, the workers always get it right for us every-time even if my family makes substitutes in their meals. We love the taste of the garlic burgers, they are a hit! We always order from here at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes twice!!“

“Some super impatient lady was having a fit and being rude and tried to mouth off to the young ladies behind the counter because she interpreted the way they handed her her food as “rude”. Even came BACK in the restaurant and spilled her sundae all over the counter and floor while she bent over to take her tip back out of the tip jar. All the while the three young ladies working behind the counter maintained their composure and were far more mature than the woman at least three times their age. Also our ice cream was great. “I'm not sure why the reviews for this location is bad. The food was excellent, my man and I went on a Tuesday night, it was empty. We did the 2 for $25 we each got 2 meals and an appetizer. There's an upcharge for the streak and shrimp but portions are large, everything was fresh. Our server Savanah was quick and friendly, checked on us multiple times and gave an update with everything.“
