Great coffee and I had the nicest person serve me today. I’m horrible with getting names but if you were working this morning (11/29/24, 8:30a)—BIG THANKS!!
We drove 50 miles today to visit our (previously) favorite coffee shop, but found staff providing reluctant customer service. The shop was no longer comfortable and inviting, and the merchandise was less attractive. Previously we had received homemade muffins and sweet bread, but now it's mostly prepackaged. The coffee was okay, but the experience was no better than a fast food restaurant.
Came in at 5:05 pm and half of the tables & stools were put up. At 5:16 they put the closed sign out and would not serve customers coming in the door. Poor customer service.
