Went with a group last night. After 19 minutes of not being acknowledged, we asked the hostess to get our server. Another 10 minutes pass and we check again. We were told "she went to the bathroom". Another table was sat and immediately had water, ordered some beer. At that point we decided to leave. We asked to speak to a manager (I guess it was the kitchen manager). No apology... he said "you've gotta do, what you've gotta do, man". Disappointed that they didn't care
Everything was really good, I would recommend on eating here.
Today was our third and last time. The first time was fantastic. We had a group of 8. The food and service were great. Then we came again 2 months later. Food prices had increased and portion decreased. Today we came. We knew the price increase and portion size, but the food was not good at all. I could have used my coupons and went to Burger King and received a better meal. 32.00 later we left.
