Had a mix up and order was really late. Talked to waitress and my gosh they went above and beyond to make things right. Free order of wings and a gift card . Food was amazing . Hands down best burgers in town . Staff goes above and beyond to make your experience special. Highly recommend and my new go to place in west Jefferson. And the wings are really good.
Amazing service five star service I love coming to this restaurant I order takeout a lot I made a mistake ordered the wrong thing yet one of the the owners Kathy, happily replaced it at no charge thank you Hotel Tavern for fixing my mistake!
20/10 recommend! The staff was amazing & friendly. The food is always delicious 🤤 I will always recommend RedDog (both locations) wings are incredible couldn’t ask for better. Seasoned perfectly. Every meal is better than the last!! Big Dog is newer but absolutely killing it. Can’t wait to go again! One of the best places to eat in West Jefferson 😍😁
