“I ordered from this location last night, and when the order was delivered, it was completely wrong. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager on duty, named Michael. Michael did not make excuses, he made it right. He took accountability, assured me that he was working with his staff to improve order accuracy without blaming anyone. He then offered for me to come pick up the correct order that night or today. I went in today, and Michael went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They were out of Baja blast, so he gave me two Baja blast freezes in substitution for my large drink. Michael deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise!“

“My first visit, Hostess is both Beautiful and Friendly, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Restaurant is very impressive, clean and comfortable. Food is excellent and not Pricey. Other customers were just as friendly, Reminded so much of Mexican Restaurants in S. Los Angeles. I will definitely be returning, there are things on the menu I haven't had since College. Definitely 6 🌟“

“Tried for the first time today and we LOVED it! Clean place, sanitary, friendly staff! They were very careful about my husband gluten allergy! The shrimp tacos are the BEST I’ve had and the chorizo bowl was amazing! Way more food than we could eat at once and best Hispanic cuisine we have had in a long time!! Try it!!! “This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Burlington. I love the food here. I've tried several dishes and they are all good. A lot of salsas taste like cilantro, but theirs doesn't. Their service could be quicker. It's been slow every time I've been there.“

“Dropped in to purchase tamales for Thanksgiving. Menu price $2.25 and the cashier charged $2.60. x 24 = $62.40. Then tax on top! Total out the door $68.55. When I asked her about price she said it was sales tax and a convenience fee for using a credit card. 15%!!! Then sales tax on top! She refused to refund me. She said it is the owners new policy and told me to have a nice day. Burrito Loco used to be one of our favorite after church restaurants. I would give one star except I cannot. Buyer beware!!“

“Teamwork makes the dream work but what happens when you get a co worker that doesn’t want to be there. Well NIKKI exceeded all expectations. ALL MY NEEDS were met and she picked up where her lazy co worker couldn’t. This WOMAN NEEDS a PROMOTION.She did everything with a smile. 15/10 💪🏽💯
