“It is actually a Taco Bell that has a Pizza hut express. I ordered the largest size of the cinnabons. They're not exactly inexpensive, of course I ate one on the way home in the car and while they were lukewarm they were totally cooked in the inside. There was no filling. Normally I'm biting into something soft, warm, and gooey. I thought maybe I just got a bad one. Living only 5 minutes away I decided to continue home and see what the kids thought. Unfortunately all of them were past their time.I did call the restaurant later that evening, the manager on duty was extremely nice, apologetic, and professional. We did receive another box the next time we went by. She also said (something like) she would go over procedure with the staff so nothing like this would happen again.My husband was in the restaurant business for over 20 years and totally understand how things like this can happen. The manager on duty could not have handled it any better.When we got our replacement box, they were absolutely perfect. Between the manager and the perfect cinnabons is why I gave 4 stars instead of 2.“

“We stopped by on our way home from visiting family. We were a walk in and were helped pretty quickly, as I could see the pickup screen was very busy. The order was ready rather quickly and the pizza was delicious, and piping hot! My kids are picky and only like Pizza Hut pizza, and this has been the best tasting and freshest Pizza Hut we’ve had in a while! Too bad it’s not close to our home!!
