“Im very happy with the customer service today. I didnt think anything about the hours being different because of new years. Did a moble order and when I got there i saw they was closing. I call and talk to a member she was very nice and she let me know where it was a small order she would push it through and bring me the order to my car. I'm very happy that they did this. Because this made my little girl day. Im blessed to see there is still good people and food place. Thank you so much.“

“While traveling from Charlotte to my vacation mountain house in west jefferson, I stopped in today and used the kfc app to place a pickup order. My 8 piece bucket meal was ready within 5 to 6 minutes. The restaurant was immaculately clean when I entered and the staff was amazing. The staff greeted me when I entered and were so friendly with beautiful smiles. One staff double checked my order before giving it to me and thanked me and said she hoped I enjoyed it! Coming from Charlotte nc, you never get service like this. I hope the staff receive some recognition for their excellent customer service“
