I really enjoy this bakery, it’s very clean and well maintained and the pastries are great. (My favorite are the cannolis). The staff is also amazing, well, the one girl who’s always in there. I believe her name was Lauren or Lauri. She’s very nice, very professional and will go out of her way to make sure you get what you wanted. baked goods are always delicious. customer service is not good. part of my order was not in the bag. she had boxed them up and forgot about them. i called to confirm i wasn’t charged for them. i was not, however the girl who helped me did not apologize for making that mistake. inconvenience for me as i do not have time to go back and get them. i understand people make mistakes however she did not seem concerned she had made this mistake.

My wife and I have two favorite bakeries in Wilmington. Apple Annie's is one. Their pastries are flakey and not too sweet. The store is new, modern and clean. The counter folks are pleasant. Apple Annie's is well worth a visit (or two or ten. Who's counting?)
