Burger King in Wilmington

“I know this place is usually backed up with people and there is almost always a wait for the food but I've never experienced bad service at this burger king like I have with the others in town. It could be because I just always assume they are short staffed and don't expect it in a hurry. I laugh with the staff and will not go to the other BKs in town. Sorry your so short handed most of the time but I appreciate you guys!“

“Tried new brisket sandwich. Disappointed. Good , but looked nothing like the picture. Said the brisket was under the cheese, you could not see it at all. I had to ask if it was on the sandwich? It was.. good. But tiny pieces of the fried onions-Not like the picture. 😳I, also tried the cotton candy cold foam drink. It was delicious!“

“The few times I have stopped here the food has been fresh. The drive-thru does take a little time but that's par for the course anymore. Yesterday, I made a mistake ordering on the app and the restaurant handled it for me, and also a shout out to tech support on the app for quickly handling it as well. I'll continue to eat here! Only thing I wish is for the lobby to be open, it's often closed to customers.“

Parking: They have plenty of parking but the drive thru backs up close to the enter/exit road & that causes a lil problem at times.“

“Amazing staff, sometimes there is a wait, but it's always worth it because the food is fresh. They are kind and always get our order correct!

Kid-friendliness: The staff are engaging and patient. My son usually orders for himself and I love watching him interact with the team members! Thank you BK for making it fun for our family!!!“
