Burger King in Jacksonville

“So admittedly, I hadn't eaten from Burger King in a very long time. Until today. I had been wanting to try the impossible Whopper for a while. Since BK started selling it honestly! So, I decided to go for it today. And I was pleasantly surprised! Yeah, it's Burger King and it's fast food, but it was pretty good! By the way, I ordered through GrubHub and got it delivered. Even with the delivery time and all, the food arrived fairly warm, the order was accurate, even the fries tasted good! That's an achievement in my book. Especially for food delivery. I was pleasantly surprised with this, and I would probably order again. The impossible Whopper was huge by the way!“

“The atmosphere and the people are young and everybody wants to run the place where nobody wants to be the boss!!!
That's why the food isn't the best right now but if you would go in there and straighten that out with hey look he's the boss not you and you do your job and do it right the food would be obsolete the best around in New Bern North Carolina“

“I actually like this BK. Been here 3-4 times now & each time the staff has been great, the food hot, & I like that BK is doing deals again. For a while they were too expensive, so I quit going. Y'all can thank T-Mobile Tuesday's deals for getting me back in here. I don't like that some deals (such as that one) was only avail on the app or website. At least it wasn't app only like some places. Limited space on phone.“

“I have been to this BK many times over many years. It is probably the best run in America. Everything is always quick, courteous, tasty, correct and staff do not doddle they get your order done fast and right! It is always a good experience which is rare this days and so consistently. I think they could get a 6 sigma rating! The management definitely corrects issues which are very rare.“
