“I know this place is usually backed up with people and there is almost always a wait for the food but I've never experienced bad service at this burger king like I have with the others in town. It could be because I just always assume they are short staffed and don't expect it in a hurry. I laugh with the staff and will not go to the other BKs in town. Sorry your so short handed most of the time but I appreciate you guys!“
“All I have to say it’s hard to get good customer service anywhere you go now but I can honestly say SAVANNAH’S customer service at the 3rd st Burger King is beyond good….happy to know there’s still some people out here who loves they job and will do anything to make there customers happy“
“Stopped by here with my son today - he is autistic, 12 y/o, and this is his first time ever having a fast food cheeseburger because he is so picky. The staff were so sweet and kind about answering his questions. Our food was out SO FAST we didnt even have time to get our drinks. The environment was festive, the staff seemed to actually enjoy being at work - which you rarely see at fast food establishments. Whoever the manager is - you seem to be doing something right here!“

“Stopped to grab a chicken sandwich which I have not had in some time now. Was greeted with a nice sever, Aaron which made my stop wonderful! He even suggested a way to place our order to save money as a combo! I am very pleased and will be visiting again. Some of these other fast food places need to take notes! Good job BK!“
