Excellent handmade-that-day tortillas. Friendly, attentive service. Awesome experience.
Better Mexican food than others.
Chips are thicker than normal, which I prefer. Wilmington Burrito was good, lots of onions which was ok. Veggie street tacos were good, but needed some salt for extra flavor.

La Esquina Mexican Grill & Cantina is a small place with awesome food. Reviewers say the chips are thicker than normal, the Wilmington Burrito is good, and the veggie street tacos are good but need some salt. The tacos come pretty dang close to taco trucks in California. Rice and beans are super yummy and flavorful, and the horchata is delicious. The chicken quesadilla and the chimichanga de carne are superb, and the chicken chimachanga and two beef tacos are fantastic. The salsa is fresh and tastes delicious. The margaritas are made with fresh squeezed limes and have the perfect blend. Service is excellent. Try the steak fajitas, so tasty!
