“Shout out to Veronica for saving the day! Drinks for pickup were missing and the other employees were so busy they couldn’t stop to help. Veronica saw us standing there for a while and made time to come over and figure out what was going on. We had our drinks made in seconds!“

“I usually never write a review for Starbucks mainly because I almost always grab my coffee from here and it's a go-to place for me. This one was special. I visited this Starbucks recently and i wanted to write their lavender flavored drinks on the menu. I had ordered the iced lavender oat milk Latte for the first time and to my surprise I didn't enjoy the drink. While I usually love trying new drinks at Starbucks, I have never been in a situation to return a drink because it didn't meet my expectations. I went ahead and did it for the first time, I wasn't sure about the response. I requested a replacement for the drink I had ordered and to my surprise they offered to replace my drink for free. I really moved by their service and I believe that deserves a mention. Thank you!“

“Ryan was kind & got my drink fixed when their was a mix up! Thanks Ryan for your A+ customer service when the female employee immediately shut me down when I brought up my issue of thinking my drink (same order every week) didn't have coffee in it.“

I don’t leave a tunnel reviews, but felt compelled after my experience at this in particular Starbucks!
It would be nice if some of the Starbucks up north would take these lovely ladies energy!“

“They make good coffee but everytime I ask for cold foam they give me the smallest amount. Why am I paying extra for something they barely put on?? I mean the coffee is good they're always friendly but dang they never give me the cold foam.... so annoying“

“I had been a customer of Starbucks for decades and I was absolutely thrilled when they decided to start having stores down here in North Carolina! Where else can you go and have great coffee and great WiFi while talking to super nice people that you just meant . I have never been to a bad one ever! I highly recommend this place to all!!“

“App was so easy to use, I downloaded it on the way to the store and ordered in line and our order was ready by the time we arrived at the drive thru. As always the drinks were delicious and made the way we ordered them.

“This is one of the better Starbucks that I have been to in wilmington.Definitely the cleaner ones around, none of that nasty you need to clean the coffee maker tastes.The staff is quick and friendly Definitely 5 satrs for service but 3 stars for price.“

“I get a cookie crumble drink without coolwipe but they always tend to still add it to it on accident or just forget. Im just not a coolwipe person but I will be nice and drink it. Bc it's just a simple mistake and it happens! :) so keep up the good work!“
