“I had been driving and working all day, I was starved and my son was at home waiting on me to make dinner, I stopped at the local subway, Darrell was fantastic, made our dinner and night perfect! Helped with the menu, made some great suggestions, made the process super easy, and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you! Also Clean restrooms, fast service and delicious! “I can say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! Great staff, great owners, great coffee. You feel part of the Bald Head Coffee and Tea House family when you walk in the door. The atmosphere is cozy and nice, certainly my absolute favorite go-to spot as a local (16 miles round trip daily with my Golden Retriever). My dog gets spoiled just as much as I do. A tasty pup cup with a peanut butter/oatmeal cookie that is locally made, topping it. The pup cookies are sold there as well as many wonderful bakery items and sandwiches, locally made sourdough bread, teas and coffees and much more… I enjoy the outdoor patio which is perfect when the weather’s nice and dogs are welcome. Hands down, my favorite!”

“We have been to Sugo multiple times. Each and every time our visit was fabulous! From the hostess desk, to the servers, to the managers the service has been top notch. They truly make you feel welcome.
We love the bacon appetizer and the carpaccio of beef. Both are delicious.
We have enjoyed the veal and pasta dishes. They are all very good. For us though, the star dishes are the steaks. The skirt steak and the filet mignon with sauces are excellent. The porterhouse for two was better than the last steak we had at Peter Luger. Each time the steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. Every steak we have had here has been outstanding! You can’t go wrong with any of the side dishes as well.
The sides we have tried have been delicious!
We always look forward to our next visit. Even the sunsets have been beautiful. They have a great view!
