Bojangles' Reviews
They weren't that friendly. My chicken was not hot, actually stale.
The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and conscientious, apologizing for a wait that was only five or six minutes. Everyone here definitely deserves a raise.
The food is the typical Bojangles quality, which is fine enough. The service itself is horrible at this location. The employees seem to struggle with more than customer in the store or drive through. Come through a couple times, and I have had a substantial wait. While I understand fast food can be an annoying job, slow speed makes it worse for the employees and customers.
People have existing plans - drive through should not take upwards of 20 minutes to get to you.

Bojangles is a restaurant known for its country ham biscuits and breakfast options. The new manager is friendly, professional, and courteous, but may seem overwhelmed as the restaurant is reportedly understaffed. Some customers have experienced issues with their meals, noting that the wings can be greasy and overpriced. Cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant needs attention for a better presentation. The restaurant's service and food quality can vary, with some customers enjoying quick and delicious meals. One customer mentioned enjoying the fried chicken sandwich, which is marinated and seasoned with "Bo spices" and fried in soy-based vegetable oil, rating it an impressive 8.5 out of 10. However, others have found that the service is slower compared to other fast food locations in the area. Overall, while there are challenges, Bojangles remains a favorite for many.
