“I came in tonight to pick up an online order and while waiting another customer was very rude to the manager. She was unhappy because she felt her pizza was burnt. The manager asked if she would like a refund or a remake, and the lady immediately caught an attitude and demanded refund and a new pizza. The manager explained that she can only do a refund or give a remake, and a lady proceeded to have the most nastiest attitude, cursing at her, belittling her calling her names. The manager asked the lady to please leave her store and when she refused, she still continued to be little talk, very nasty and yell as a lady even jumped at her and then accuse the manager of jumping back at her when she was walking around to open the door to let her out. I order from this location all the time and I have never had a problem with my order or with the customer service. That lady is probably going to call in and try to say that the manager was wrong when she was not kudos to her for standing up for herself and her store. She was very busy and seemed understaffed, but she was still taking her time efficiently making pizza hopefully if the other lady sends in a review, I hope you take the side of your manager as you should.“

“When my biggest nightmare serving lunch to 90 students at school came true and the pizza place that was suppose to have 25 pizzas ready for me couldn't make them . . . . . DOMINOES DELIVERED! Specifically, Denton and Eris saved the day!! I called them at 10:48 AM on a Tuesday panicking as I needed 25 large pizzas to serve 90 students in 45 minutes. I was walking out of their store at 11:20 with 25 hot, delicious, perfectly made pizzas. They were calm, had quite a system going to get things done in a rush, with positive, professional attitudes. I could not have been more impressed. I now look forward to working with them monthly for school events!! THANKS Denton and Eris you truly made our day!!!“
“We order from the Domino’s off of peters Creek near the Food Lion a couple of times a week the app is super easy to use. You accumulate points to be able to get free items, including pizzas, loaded, tater tots, dipping sauce and many more.“
“I've probably ordered pizza here a thousand times, and a couple dozen I've ordered their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Today was the first time they got my order wrong -- shipping a box with cheesy bread bites instead of the sandwich. I called on the phone and while I did initially get an AI answering service it very promptly forwarded me to actual humans who were very polite and offered their apologies as well as offered to either fix the order or get me a credit for next time. Given how rare it is that I have such issues with this place in the first place, that's exactly the response I want. I should also mention that they've not once ignored my instruction to leave the tomato sauce off the pizza -- tomatoes give me migraines -- whereas other pizza places seem to screw that up more often than not.
Dietary restrictions: I always order my pizza with no tomato sauce, because tomatoes seem to be a trigger for my migraines. While I've had trouble with other pizza places either ignoring this instruction or putting the tomato sauce on *then* seeing the instruction and trying halfheartedly to scrape it off but not doing a very good job, this Domino's has always gotten it right, and I really appreciate that.“
“Meet a man at my front door that was super chill and very helpful . He helped me with a problem that I had and was super kind and patient . I asked him if they needed with papa jones and we bursted out in laughter . Very cool guy he is the manager . Dominos does it better“
“I had a really great experience at Domino’s, and I honestly wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and organized, and everything seemed to be running smoothly. What really stood out, though, was John. He was an amazing help throughout the entire process. He greeted me with a positive attitude, was very patient while answering my questions, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.
It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely seems to care about making sure customers have a good experience, but John definitely did. He went above and beyond to be polite, professional, and attentive, which made a big difference. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly on time, and the whole interaction just felt easy and pleasant.
