“This Domino's is probably one of the most efficient Domino's I have ever ordered from. They are always quick with my online order, and I really appreciate the customer service. Only complaint is the lack of parking, but this location is in DT Winston Salem so it kinda explains why. But I appreciate this Domino's!“
“Every time I ask for my food to be placed on the chair closest to my front door the delivery drivers leave my food on the ground that is so disgusting and ignorant. Why ask in the app for special instructions if you’ll completely disregard what the customer was asked. I’m so annoyed.“

“Order arrived on time! Delivery guy Michael was very friendly and courteous! He actually forgot to leave my dipping sauces, however a call to the store and in less than 10 mins he was at my door with the sauces! The best part was his friendly personality was still present upon his 2nd trip! Most delivery drivers would’ve showed back up with a rude attitude! Dominos this young man has customer service on point, can’t say that about your other employees! Job well done Michael!“
“This is our go-to for quick take out. It's great to have a franchise just a few minutes away.
Our food has been good almost all of the time - there is a bit of a tendency to burn the gluten-free crust or thin pizzas but overall their quality has been consistent.
Everyone has preferences but we enjoy Domino's more than other take out pizzas. They continually have coupons and special offers that are great values and their points system rewards regular customers.
While the local franchise has been good, we've learned to pretty much ignore the online tracker as it rarely works and proves to be accurate. The e-mail confirmation of order and pick-up time is very accurate.
Can't speak to the delivery side, we always pick up our order.

“I've probably ordered pizza here a thousand times, and a couple dozen I've ordered their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Today was the first time they got my order wrong -- shipping a box with cheesy bread bites instead of the sandwich. I called on the phone and while I did initially get an AI answering service it very promptly forwarded me to actual humans who were very polite and offered their apologies as well as offered to either fix the order or get me a credit for next time. Given how rare it is that I have such issues with this place in the first place, that's exactly the response I want. I should also mention that they've not once ignored my instruction to leave the tomato sauce off the pizza -- tomatoes give me migraines -- whereas other pizza places seem to screw that up more often than not.
Dietary restrictions: I always order my pizza with no tomato sauce, because tomatoes seem to be a trigger for my migraines. While I've had trouble with other pizza places either ignoring this instruction or putting the tomato sauce on *then* seeing the instruction and trying halfheartedly to scrape it off but not doing a very good job, this Domino's has always gotten it right, and I really appreciate that.“
