Come and get some Fresh donuts at Kernol’s donuts shop in Winston Salem, NC
Stopped here for the first time and had an amazing caramel latte. Quite possibly the best I have had. 🤤. The donuts were fresh and delicious. The lady working was friendly and great as well. Will be a frequent customer now!
