Pizza Hut in Winston Salem

“Every place has its off days. This place had one the other day but usually they're pretty great.

Staff is always friendly and trying to do their best. There's a manager there that's always hustling to get orders done and out as fast as he can. They're probably short staffed most of the time so the fact that they get pizzas out as fast as they do it's awesome.“

“We tried the pizza melts from the T mobile offer, got the meat lovers. Delicious! Don’t know the name of the manager but she was very personable and helpful. There aren’t any sit down Pizza Huts here in Winston Salem, so this is a pick-up location. All good.“

“I just wanted to share that I had a slight problem with my order. My husband went up the next day and they replaced it.. thank you to the management for great customer service because this is what will keep Customer coming back. Thank you again and I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.“

“I went in and ordered a big box pizza deal for $19. I made a special request to please box the cinnamon sticks by themselves and to please do not let it touch any of the pizza due to my child having a severe allergy to cinnamon. The sweet lady at the counter and the two awesome people cooking really went above and beyond the call of customer service. They came up and told me they will absolutely take great care of my request. I stood inside as it’s really cold outside. I watched as they washed everything they were going to use for my order so that there would be no cinnamon to touch her pizza. They put her and her allergy first and foremost! They boxed everything up and walked it to me and showed me that there was no cinnamon whatsoever near her pizza and it was in a complete different box from the pizza’s. I can’t thank this team enough for being as awesome as they were tonight. The pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were hot and fresh and so good!! Thank you all again for being so amazing tonight!!“

“Awesome job! Waughtown Pizza Hut Crew. Excellent customer service. Polite and bubbly personality while receiving my order with a quick turnaround time. Pizza- Picture perfect. Plenty of toppings evenly distributed. Crust was soft; not hard or burnt. Able to taste the seasonings with the right amount of sauce, plus the cheese caused it to melt right in your mouth. I'm  not one for posting, but you guys were on it 2 night. Best pizza ever.  2👍's up. We can be quick to post when we are not pleased,  but let's remember to post and encourage when things are good.
