I arrived when they opened up at 5pm . Everyone was friendly and the hostess answered my questions. I was given a menu. As I sat at the bar I looked over the drink and food selections. Everything looked delectable and inviting. I ended up ordering the special. 1/2 fried chicken very crispy and not much grease. I had a great experience at Sage and Salt. I really wish I would have been able to hear our bartenders name but it was a little over crowed and loud (beautiful black curls) because she was amazing and deaerves recognition. She gave me an amazing recommendation for dinner and I couldn't have been happier with my food and drinks she made for my friend and I. I hope everyone ends up with her as their bartender!

I had eaten at the old Willows Bistro many times so was excited to give the new Sage & Salt Bistro a try for my son's birthday. The experience did not disappoint. I deducted one star because the quality-to-price ratio was a bit off.
