We hired this food truck for an event with about 100 people, and the food was phenomenal. We had a British theme and requested fish and chips, which I heard were very good. They also had shrimp, brisket, or mac & cheese. Myself, I chose the shrimp and they were done really well! They were a good size and were seasoned to perfection. I ordered the Honey Heat Chicken sandwich with fried okra. The chicken sandwich was wonderful...tender and juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. Even though it was deep fried, it wasn't greasy tasting. The fried okra was on point as well.
