“like any other restaurant you have a great experience or a bad one. when I walked in there the first time I was impressed by the manager Mary. her smile and personality shines bright. then I met Jess. she's a Northerner like myself. also a pleasant personality. yes at times the floor may be messy. yes they had issues with the flies. what restaurant doesn't. staff not ALWAYS perfect or hell pleasant. I went from a customer to an employee. I grew to love majority of the staff because they did their job and wanted to give our customers the best experience possible. no day is ALWAYS perfect. But I will recommend this Jersey Mike's to any one that ask who have the best hoagies close to up north. I'm no longer their I moved on to driving trucks but I will always call them family. Lord we fraught enough. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“So I went to Burger King and for a fast food restaurant it’s usually consistent although they have dipped into their own delivery service which I tried out myself for my company that assists startup companies including seed capital to see what the damage is on a mass scale 🥸…now usually I’d be like, it’s Burger King everybody knows that why review it but…I pulled up and my first check is the value menu of course…then of course my famous order is not there and I’m like waaaaaaaittt let me see if they know what’s up…Ma’am do you all have the double stacker? “No sir we don’t”…then I’m like … So what’s…and like a Starbucks Secret Menu she’s back like “Sir we have the stacker”…🤯😵💫😈 this made my experience. It was phenomenal and this is how you build client loyalty. Kudos Burger King“

“I have celiac disease, so every time I go I order my sandwich with a gluten free bun. This includes breakfast, usually I would order my lunch online so I could go ahead and modify my sandwich, however the breakfast menu doesn’t have this option. Therefore the employees would struggle to ring me up sometimes, and unfortunately I had repeated run-ins with one employee. Ms. Crystal and I had discussed this and she was so incredibly sweet and understanding. She handled the issue professionally, kept me informed by telling me what actions she took and was going to take, and in the end they modified the buttons for the ordering staff to include a gluten free bun during breakfast! I could not be more grateful to know that someone cares so deeply about ensuring I would be able to order with ease, and that the staff are now able to easily take my order.“
