“I did a mobile order on 12/5/2025 for curbside pickup. My order was said to be ready at 6:05pm. I get to the restaurant and enter in my slot number. After about 10-15 my order still has not arrived to me via curbside, so my significant other goes in the restaurant and our order is seating there at the pick up counter getting cold because someone failed to bring it to our car. It was placed I. The DoorDash pickup up area instead of curbside. Our food was cold and we still had to go inside the restaurant in spite of placing a curbside pickup. Just wish staff would play closer attention to the minor details“

“Simply Delicious more than lives up to the name :) The authentic meals are gracious, fairly priced, healthy, and delicious 😋. Their outstanding customer service , patience, and kindness earns my gratitude and respect. I can’t wait for them to offer my favorite Avgolemono Soup to enjoy with their Salmon dinner( my favorite)🤩. They prove that eating healthy is neither tasteless nor boring. “First time trying and it was Fabulous! The people there are so cheerful and helpful and that Crazy Good burger was probably the best I ever had! I did get it without the sauce but I tasted the sauce and it was good I just rather have ketchup and mustard. Definitely going back!“

“I stopped in yesterday to sample menu options ahead of placing a catering order, and Kat delivered one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time. She was incredibly thoughtful from start to finish, walking me through lunch menu options, making smart recommendations and even bringing out the catering menu without me having to ask. She also looped in her manager right away so he could offer additional support, which made the entire process feel seamless and well coordinated. What really stood out was her attention to detail. I am planning a luncheon for 21 vegetarians, and Kat went the extra mile by checking with the kitchen on soups, sauces and desserts to make sure I avoided anything with meat. She even arranged for me to taste different sauces so I could make the best decisions for the group. On top of all that, she packed up my leftovers tableside so I could focus on finalizing my order. That level of care and efficiency is rare. Because of her, I felt completely confident placing my catering order right then and there. 10 out of 10 service.“

“I’ve been here a few times and have become a regular customer. The smoothies and food is always good, great staff, and the inside is decorated nicely. Last time, I tried the loaded vegan grilled cheese and I’d choose that over one made with Kraft singles.“

“I have celiac disease, so every time I go I order my sandwich with a gluten free bun. This includes breakfast, usually I would order my lunch online so I could go ahead and modify my sandwich, however the breakfast menu doesn’t have this option. Therefore the employees would struggle to ring me up sometimes, and unfortunately I had repeated run-ins with one employee. Ms. Crystal and I had discussed this and she was so incredibly sweet and understanding. She handled the issue professionally, kept me informed by telling me what actions she took and was going to take, and in the end they modified the buttons for the ordering staff to include a gluten free bun during breakfast! I could not be more grateful to know that someone cares so deeply about ensuring I would be able to order with ease, and that the staff are now able to easily take my order.“
