“like any other restaurant you have a great experience or a bad one. when I walked in there the first time I was impressed by the manager Mary. her smile and personality shines bright. then I met Jess. she's a Northerner like myself. also a pleasant personality. yes at times the floor may be messy. yes they had issues with the flies. what restaurant doesn't. staff not ALWAYS perfect or hell pleasant. I went from a customer to an employee. I grew to love majority of the staff because they did their job and wanted to give our customers the best experience possible. no day is ALWAYS perfect. But I will recommend this Jersey Mike's to any one that ask who have the best hoagies close to up north. I'm no longer their I moved on to driving trucks but I will always call them family. Lord we fraught enough. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“To whoever the manager of this place is, Bella needs a raise. Everytime I come here she is alone making subs even in the biggest rush she’s alone. Eventually someone appears from their hiding hole in the back to help her but still. Give that girl a bonus or paid day off or something. She shouldn’t have to deal with 30 customers at once all alone. Great employee, very nice, very fast and good at her job. Give her more money.“

“Our first with Firehouse Subs. I don't eat subs often but our food was absolutely delicious. I love the variety of options and the hot sauce bar. I ordered online & our food was ready quickly and was hot when I got home. My new favorite sub place!“

“I just moved here from California about 6 months ago, tonight I was craving a Philly cheesesteak so I found this place on google! I’m so glad that I did.. this place was great! You wouldn’t think so by looking at the building but it’s always the odd looking places that turn out the best! I’m forever coming here! It brought back good memories for me! The ice was even amazing! I loved loved loved loved it! My Philly cheesesteak was to die for! I give this place 100 stars!“

“Beyond the consistently excellent sandwiches, these wonderful people go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. I had two kids with me, a 1.5 year old and a 5 year old, who ordered his own sandwich. The sandwich crafters patiently listened to him and asked clarifying questions to both my child and me. When we left we forgot to get our receipt (which we needed a copy of), and when I called to ask if I could get a reprinted copy, the owner asked if I wanted him to send it to me because I had to get my youngest home for a nap! Lovely people, delicious sandwiches.“

“I have eaten Jersey Mike subs in many different places, and I do believe the young ladies at the Moye Ave, Greenville, NC location made us the best subs we have ever had. The meats were placed so carefully, almost artfully, so that every bite had a taste of every ingredient. I was very impressed with how well they all worked together, stepping in to lend a hand, replace ingredients, etc., without anyone requesting help or directing someone. I am sure you can imagine how calm and productive the atmosphere was. Three cheers for the manager and staff at this location. They are a winning team!“

“Brittany (at least that's what it says her name is on the receipt) is super great. My son got out of our van and slammed his thumb in the door and was quite loud in his protestations. When he eventually calmed down and entered, he looked very sad. Brittany did her best to cheer him up and he talked about how it made him feel better then entire day. And the subs were good. As a plus, their commode is incredibly powerful. It looks like a household-style commode, but watch out when you flush -- if you put your arm in there (there's some strange folks out there, so I'm just warning them), you might be lost to the sewers.“

“Good subs here whether you pick hot or cold sandwich. The pepper relish on a turkey sandwich is a great blend of fresh and mildly spicy. Great staff working the day I went. Clean too. Too much food to eat in one sitting, so I enjoyed the same sandwich twice the same day.“
