“This little place surprised me off the beaten path. We stopped as we were extremely hungry and I did not expect too much but I can honestly say the service and our waiter which was a young fellow that I can't remember his name. The food was excellent I had a chicken sandwich and french fries and we had ranch dip to go with it. I love the atmosphere it felt very Western and of course the service was over the top especially for a smaller Gastropub at lunch time. I totally recommend this place“

“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Pickabob. They truly got me through my pregnancy, and I’ll forever be grateful for that smoked mac and cheese. Comfort food doesn’t even begin to cover it. It’s rich, flavorful, and somehow smells just as incredible as it tastes, which says a lot. Beyond the food, the people are what make this place unforgettable. The customer service is always amazing and you’re treated like family from the moment you walk up. There’s such a strong, welcoming community surrounding the food truck, and it really shows in every interaction. Even during busy rushes, the wait time is as quick and fair as it can possibly be, and they always keep you in the loop about when your order will be ready. That kind of communication goes a long way. And while the mac and cheese will forever have my heart, the chicken kebabs are absolutely unreal. I’d honestly do just about anything for them. If you’re looking for incredible BBQ, genuine people, and a place that just feels good to support, Pickabob is it.“

“i came in tonight, they were packed, short staffed and I could see the screen was full of orders. The staff were still very kind and attended to each person with a smile. I observed as they made they food and shakes up front and was thoroughly impressed. They were moving fast but still doing a clean job and it wasn't the messy rushed chaos I see at other food places during busy times. Keep doing a fantastic job folks!“

“Yesterday we went to Culvers on 13th per my daughters request for her golden 7th birthday. One of the staff gave her a free sundae, and a scoopie stuffie and she was so happy! We love culvers and how they can still be a fun fast food option even though I am gluten free. She already asked when we can go back again. Amazing service noticing her birthday headband and going above and beyond to make her feel special on her specail day.“

“I visited this location July 22nd around 8:15pm. The woman at the window was so personable and went above and beyond to ensure the customer service was good. I’m hoping management will see this and recognize her for representing the company well.“

“We stopped in for lunch on Saturday with our family of five and overall had a good experience. Most of the food was very good and everyone enjoyed their meals. One burger was a bit overcooked, but everything else was prepared well and tasted great.
A special shoutout to our server, Alexis. We learned it was only her second day, and you never would have known it! She was friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we needed. She had a great attitude and provided excellent service. For being so new, she did an outstanding job and was definitely the highlight of our visit.
The only downside was our initial interaction when we arrived. The hostess seemed a bit bothered by our arrival, which was surprising since the restaurant was nearly empty. It left us feeling more like an inconvenience than welcomed guests.
That said, Alexis more than made up for it with her excellent service, and we appreciate the effort she put into making our meal enjoyable.“

Amazing food, friendly, and at first we thought we made a mistake accidentally only getting one fry instead of two but holy moly one is def enough to share! Might have to go to small burgers next though cause way bigger then I expected cause I couldn't even get a whole bite in my mouth due to the size!! Love it!“
