“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“Food tasted great. Unfortunately service gets 3 stars because we came in for hot and ready that we’re going to take 20-30 minutes. It worked out because we wanted to check into our hotel nearby and came back for it but was not hoping to do it.“

“I had a delivered order to a hotel. I ordered the build your own half pizza. I was ecstatic over all the ingredients I got to add without extra charges...and it was so delicious...I wish I had ordered a whole pizza. Never heard of Blaze pizza so obviously I've never tried it....I highly recommend Blaze Pizza. And the price wasn't bad at all.“

“Yesterday we went to Culvers on 13th per my daughters request for her golden 7th birthday. One of the staff gave her a free sundae, and a scoopie stuffie and she was so happy! We love culvers and how they can still be a fun fast food option even though I am gluten free. She already asked when we can go back again. Amazing service noticing her birthday headband and going above and beyond to make her feel special on her specail day.“

Amazing food, friendly, and at first we thought we made a mistake accidentally only getting one fry instead of two but holy moly one is def enough to share! Might have to go to small burgers next though cause way bigger then I expected cause I couldn't even get a whole bite in my mouth due to the size!! Love it!“

“I had the kindest interaction today, 2/18 around 4:45 as I was grabbing some quick supper since I was stuck in town for a meeting later. The gentleman at the window, who also took my order, made a point to thank me for being such a kind and nice customer. He really appreciated it. It made my day to hear that my normal self happened to be a piece of joy in someone else’s day. AND he took the time to let me know. Kindness indeed is free and spreading it by these small acts is awesome. Thank you, sir, for making my day too. I wish I had gotten his name!“

“while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

“Stopped by this sandwich shop for lunch the other day. The place was clean and the staff were polite, which I appreciated. The sandwich I ordered was decent — fresh ingredients and good portion size, but nothing really stood out flavor-wise. The bread was a bit drier than I expected, but not bad overall. Service was quick, and the prices seemed fair for what you get.“

“We went the first time just to try it as the noodles looked very appetizing! My daughter just had her teeth pulled 2 and was under medication from being put under as she is very scared of the dentists so when they see her they have to put her out sadly and the people working were very worried and compassionate about our situation even so our acquaintance was brief and quick they were very nice! The food was lovely my child is a picky eater and absolutely gave in and had to try my noodles it was a good portion as it fed me and my children chicken was very delicious juicy and seasoned and sauced perfectly! I wonder what they use to flavor the noodles they seem so plainly delicious! Like they are just noodles but not here the noodles my children love love love! I never thought they would eat that but they did a picky 7 year old and a bottomless pit stomach 10 years old and still growing, I was eating mine in my bedroom in bed watching tv when my daughter came in and asked to try my noodles she just kept starring at me eating them with the provided chop stick that my children like to steal from me lol she was sick after time even and didnt have much appetite but that night she did i was so happy that the 7 year old wanted to eat and I believe it gave her the strength to heal from her illness lol as she wouldn't eat nothing I was so worried until thay night. The experience the second time was with my 10 year old who had her teeth pulled and was under anesthetic we wheeled her over there with a wheel chair provided from guest services and the third time I just went through a stomach surgury and was starving after being on npo for 24 hours or more starving myself since 3 days prior for the surgury prep lol I ate their noodles as i cried while being under the anesthesia in our car right when we left the city I woke back up and cried out Joe's Cajun! CAJUN! CAJUN NOODLES! my old man said jeez! And pulled over and turned around went back to the mall in town ctfu! I came around when we got home in Detroit lakes and was happy to see the foam container from the Cajun spot now love in the mall and their bourbon and Louisiana chicken bomb! Super delicious gotta try!“

“Qdoba saved the day! After another restaurant lost the catering order for my mother's 70th birthday party, I called Qdoba and spoke with the manager. She was helpful and friendly. They were able to put together catering for 15 ready to be picked up in less than an hour. It included food, bowls, serving pans and utensils, everything we needed. Thank you Qdoba for saving the day!“

“Fast quick service. Went to McDonald's to get ice cream coons for children on a school field trip, but they were out of order for all the ice cream things. So we went to Dairy Queen, they did quick work at getting our ice cream. 🍦🍦“

The only thing that was weird is the ordering screen at the drive through. I knew how to use it eventually, but it wasn't super obvious that you need to operate it yourself. The manager stood upfront and worked the dining and drive thru orders with precision getting every order out and calling for both lines to keep moving.
