“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“I got Little Caesars yesterday and not only was the food great, but the person working the front desk (I believe his name was Victor) was incredibly kind, helpful, and unbelievably hilarious. I genuinely laughed out loud 3 times while waiting. It was a very warm and friendly atmosphere which was refreshing for me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.“

The neighborhood was sketch but all of them are in those spots. The outside of the building screams eerie or sketchy place to eat but it was good food and no one had problems“

However, my buddy and I did notice the pizza was undercooked. now if we didn’t have a time constraint, we probably would’ve asked for it to be remade. “This was my first time at Chick-fil-A and I had such a great experience!

I’m from Canada, so everything was pretty new to me. I actually ordered the wrong thing at first (I wanted the waffle fries), and when I went back to let them know, Jocelyn was super nice about it. She helped me change the order and even gave me the right one without charging me again.

It honestly wasn’t about the money, it was more how welcoming and kind she was. She was smiling the whole time and made the experience feel really comfortable and friendly.

“I had the kindest interaction today, 2/18 around 4:45 as I was grabbing some quick supper since I was stuck in town for a meeting later. The gentleman at the window, who also took my order, made a point to thank me for being such a kind and nice customer. He really appreciated it. It made my day to hear that my normal self happened to be a piece of joy in someone else’s day. AND he took the time to let me know. Amazing food, friendly, and at first we thought we made a mistake accidentally only getting one fry instead of two but holy moly one is def enough to share! “while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

“I'll got to Joe's Cajun Cafe again, and again, and again. My kids love it, and they have several options that are safe for my kid who has food allergies to wheat, barley, oats, and rye, inter alia. The atmosphere is the food court at West Acres Mall.“

“Yesterday we went to Culvers on 13th per my daughters request for her golden 7th birthday. One of the staff gave her a free sundae, and a scoopie stuffie and she was so happy! We love culvers and how they can still be a fun fast food option even though I am gluten free. She already asked when we can go back again. Amazing service noticing her birthday headband and going above and beyond to make her feel special on her specail day.“

The sandwich I ordered was decent — fresh ingredients and good portion size, but nothing really stood out flavor-wise. The bread was a bit drier than I expected, but not bad overall. “Food and staff were great. However, the parking here is limited and there is an unusual amount of high top seating. The seating area is already limited so it was strange to have the whole middle full of high tops. The parking was difficult as you either get one of 4 parking spots in the fron or have to walk across the drive through. Keep an eye out for vehicles!“

“The food is so good. Always served fresh and hot. The service is always friendly and fast. I really enjoy their salads. They are fresh and the choice of dressings are great. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. The atmosphere is very nice. My grandkids love the play area. Which is clean.“

“Today I visited Sonic Drive-In, and there was a really nice worker named Momina who helped me. She was very friendly and kind to me. When I asked her for an extra ketchup, she went inside and brought me extra ketchups right away. It made my visit really pleasant.“
