“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“What stands out about Chick-fil-A is the incredible service. Even at the height of the lunch rush there was no sense of panic or stress coming from the staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, and so eager to serve.

“Yesterday we went to Culvers on 13th per my daughters request for her golden 7th birthday. One of the staff gave her a free sundae, and a scoopie stuffie and she was so happy! We love culvers and how they can still be a fun fast food option even though I am gluten free. She already asked when we can go back again. Amazing service noticing her birthday headband and going above and beyond to make her feel special on her specail day.“

“I had the kindest interaction today, 2/18 around 4:45 as I was grabbing some quick supper since I was stuck in town for a meeting later. The gentleman at the window, who also took my order, made a point to thank me for being such a kind and nice customer. He really appreciated it. It made my day to hear that my normal self happened to be a piece of joy in someone else’s day. AND he took the time to let me know. “while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

“Stopped by this sandwich shop for lunch the other day. The place was clean and the staff were polite, which I appreciated. The sandwich I ordered was decent — fresh ingredients and good portion size, but nothing really stood out flavor-wise. The bread was a bit drier than I expected, but not bad overall. “I'll got to Joe's Cajun Cafe again, and again, and again. My kids love it, and they have several options that are safe for my kid who has food allergies to wheat, barley, oats, and rye, inter alia. The atmosphere is the food court at West Acres Mall.“

“Qdoba saved the day! After another restaurant lost the catering order for my mother's 70th birthday party, I called Qdoba and spoke with the manager. She was helpful and friendly. They were able to put together catering for 15 ready to be picked up in less than an hour. It included food, bowls, serving pans and utensils, everything we needed. Thank you Qdoba for saving the day!“

The only thing that was weird is the ordering screen at the drive through. I knew how to use it eventually, but it wasn't super obvious that you need to operate it yourself. “I love subway— I always get the chicken bacon ranch if I’m feeling subway that day. I’ve gone to this location a couple times and ordered from here on Doordash a few times I think. The only negatives I see and have experienced is the native app for subway is kinda odd and always freezes up when I try and sign in. Additionally the prices have gone from $6.99 for a foot long to almost $15-16 in just 4 years. Sure they have limited time coupon for their app to being the price back down to the original but man that’s just expensive. Besides price and online convenience this place is 9/10 or 5 out a 5 stars ⭐️ in terms of everything else.

Parking: The parking lot and entrance is kind of awkward as the drive thru wraps around the building with the main entrances facing 19th Ave N rather than the parking spots but it’s okay I guess ??“

“I was so curious to check out the Champs and boy was i pleasantly surprised not only was the food exceptionally delicious, but the service I received was outstanding, i wasn't expecting much, considering it's a gas station, but the store was very clean and the lady that I spoke to ( i didn't catch her name, but I believe she had blue hair and alot of tattoos) had such a outgoing/fun attitude, it was hard not to smile. 10 out of 10 experience“
