I have read the comments below and I am not sure if we are eating at the same place because I always get great service and wonderful food with a great smile. I am originally from Kansas and our Arby's there wasn't much to talk about but this Arby's is the best Arby's in the Nation as far as I am concerned. I’ve had consistently great experiences at the Arby’s in Dickinson. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is always friendly. There’s one employee there who seems to do everything—from running the register to making the food—and she works incredibly hard every time I’m in. Her effort and positive attitude really stand out. Just wanted to say it’s noticed and appreciated.
Went in to get some food with my dad today. Never had any issues at this location and I’ve been eating here for years. The staff went above and beyond today to make sure everyone got their food and they seemed to work together well as a team. The worker that took my order was so friendly and even offered to go look in the back to see if they had any more medium cups despite it being a rush.
