I go here almost daily... at least I did. Today I tried ordering through their app for the 1st time. I got there, and no one acknowledged me. When I did finally get someone's attention, they said that the app wasn't working right, and they didn't know what to do. Then he went back to doing what he was doing. I waited for some minutes more, and went to the kitchen and asked if anyone was planning on helping me. I'll get there, Ma'am. I need you to be patient. Was his answer.When...read full review
Customer service was nice, the preparation was not. They straight up didn't wrap one of my tacos in paper nor my shell's ingredients in its tortilla. The result was a ton of ingredients all over the bag. Lousy work.

Great food, fast, friendly service, clean lobby and restrooms. The Ranch burritos, the fried chicken mini tacos and the bean and cheese burritos are awesome!Kid-friendliness: Taco John’s always has great bean and cheese burritos that my son likes.
