Great iced coffee, I love this place, 10 out of 10 in my book
This is not even an exaggeration but 10 out of the last 11 times I have been there over the past year, they have been out of every one of the food items I would actually order. That’s crazy. Who is running this place. You clearly know what you run out of and what you don’t so why are you not stocking appropriately? If it happens once or twice, whatever. Ten times!?!? Every single time I go, I get the wrong drink/my order is NEVER correct. I go to City Brew about once a week because when I get my right order, I love it! For the past year, every time I go, I get whip when I request none, I get the wrong drink size or even like today I get the completely wrong drink handed to me! It is so disappointing going and never getting what I ordered. 👎
