The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. Very impressed. Service was friendly and accommodating. The food was piping hot and fresh and better yet served with a smile and a friendly face. Would highly recommend going to Freddy’s. Now tops my list for fast food options in Fargo. Nice job.
