Old review earlier this year: In fact, the McDonald’s was a five star for most of 2025 I live right next-door so I get coffee almost every day. Something about July I don’t know if they changed staff or what but it’s been very incompetent & complicated for simple things. That’s when you know, his reviews are pretty pointless. Due to the fact of the experience has changed every few months.“
“12/19/25: update. I asked for a large vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla in it. This looks and taste like they didnt even put any in it! You can also tell by the color it is very dark but yet they charged me for extra!
This location can be hit or miss with service. Someone was at the first drive thru lane so I went to the other one. I was asked if I would be using the mobile app. I told them no. By the time I said that the person from the other drive thru lane pulled up to pay and a new person was sitting there waiting to order. I waited and waited and finally someone came back to the speaker AFTER taking the second car in the first drive thru lanes order even though I had been waiting there longer and was ready to order as I answered their question. I was only ordering a coffee and then had to wait longer as the second car ordered a bunch of food they had to wait for.“
“carry crawford was AMAZING she was so kind so nice and was genuinely such a nice person to have a conversation with on the other hand lakota or whatever her name was with the longponytail was rude and a bully not only to the customers but the way she spoke to the employees. disgusting. 🤢“
“All the staff at the McDonald's the young men and women are very polite and give off a positive energy that makes you want to return to that specific location so thanks to the management and training staff were doing such a good work of screening wonderful employees good job“
“Other than the fact that I only received half a container of fries and no sauces (that I payed for), this McDonald's is one of the best around. The people are very friendly- especially the guy at the window today. I don't know his name, but he was amazing at his job. Only reason why the score was lowered was because of the missing sauce and fries. Thanks, McDonald's.“
“I like McDonald's but they are so automated that nobody is at the counter and you have to stand there to get someone to help you. My order was missing 3 things and I had to wait to get the missing items which they did promptly. There were only napkins in the happy meals and you have to request ketchup if you want any. I had to make 3 trips to the counter. This was the McDonalds off Veterans Boulevard in Fargo , not one I usually go to and one I probably won't go back to. I have no complaints about the food“
“Just happened 2 hav 2 go inside bc no 1 cud just hand Mi Mi Frappe thru the window after I had 2 sit in the line 2 get past the windows bc the app is semi stupid an whenever I hit the mobile ordering 4 the drive thru it sent it inside only I guess but inside was plain store front w/most the staff swearing an the rest laugh'n about it an them mak'n remarks about certain ppl in the drive thru act'n lik no 1 cud hear them, it just made Mi wonder what they said about Mi ask'n nicely 2 just hav Mi drink given 2 Mi thru the window since that's where I tried 2 get it in the first place bc y wud I go thru the drive if I had ordered it 4 inside an I was only inside 4 moments an was about 2 hear them loudly talk'n about their customers... I'll use a different McD's from now on I guess...“
