McDonald's in Fargo

“First time here and very busy, but it was shortly after 12pm. It took nearly 10 minutes to get food includes ordering time also, was impressed by the number of people in drive through and in pickup areas plus inside. I was impressed by the management and the care staff took to double check that our order had everything.“

Old review earlier this year: In fact, the McDonald’s was a five star for most of 2025 I live right next-door so I get coffee almost every day. Something about July I don’t know if they changed staff or what but it’s been very incompetent & complicated for simple things. That’s when you know, his reviews are pretty pointless. “I have visited this location quite a few times and I have to say it has rarely been a bad experience.

Very few times have I had incorrect orders, the food is hot, tastes good, and always comes out as expected.

Service is usually pretty fast, obviously if there's a lot of people it takes some time. Rarely will you sit at a speaker and not get noticed, although a number of times it has happened and a number of those incidents were due to broken systems or unfavorable weather interference.

Overall this is a good choice for a place to stop for a bite. Staff has always been friendly and errors have been pretty rare. Location is just off the highway, so if you need to stop quick it won't take long to get back on the road. The interior is usually pretty clean, especially compared to ones such as the 45th St McDonalds next to the Home Depot.

In the winter the drive through seems to be kept up with as it snows and generates ice, with plenty of room to maneuver most vehicles, I have even witnessed a medium duty truck successfully order, pay, and exit without much difficulty.“

“carry crawford was AMAZING she was so kind so nice and was genuinely such a nice person to have a conversation with on the other hand lakota or whatever her name was with the longponytail was rude and a bully not only to the customers but the way she spoke to the employees. disgusting. 🤢“

“Do I have to say much about this place? Fast food at its finest! They probably make the less mistakes that it don't bother me much because out of 10 visit they probably messed up one or two times. They quick to take your order! Parking is kinda weird and its not enough which makes dining in a hassle!“

“I placed an order online with the app, went through the drive-thru, order wasn't quite ready and I had to pull thru and wait in a parking spot even though there was no one in line behind me. Fries weren't as good as normal. They seemed to fried in oil that was a bit old. Not the worst fries I've ever had but certainly not the best. I had a double quarter pounder deluxe with cheese, medium fries an apple pie and a strawberry cream pie. The burger was good seemed hot and fresh. The pies were all so delicious although I wish they would go back to the way they used to make them with the cinnamon and sugar coating on top a little more. I will definitely eat here again.“

“I like McDonald's but they are so automated that nobody is at the counter and you have to stand there to get someone to help you. My order was missing 3 things and I had to wait to get the missing items which they did promptly. There were only napkins in the happy meals and you have to request ketchup if you want any. I had to make 3 trips to the counter. This was the McDonalds off Veterans Boulevard in Fargo , not one I usually go to and one I probably won't go back to. I have no complaints about the food“
