“My food was amazing! The atmosphere was very welcoming, and also the man working the front(didn't catch his name but he was older with long hair) had absolutely amazing customer service skills and was so friendly! I will definitely be ordering from here again?“
“It is the worst pizza place in town. I bought a pizza there and waited a hour and finally called them and they refused to answer the phone. All they did was pick up the receiver and hang up. Then when I went over to try to get a refund I found it on my front doorstep cold and the box was wet from sitting on my doorstep in the snow. the delivery driver never rang my doorbell never knocked on my door and I was sitting right next to the door almost the whole time. When I went over there there was somebody in there who refused to come to the door all she did was give me the middle finger and say that they were closed. All I told her is I want to refund for my pizza that was cold and wet. She just kept getting the middle finger over and over and over again. still don't have a refund. I have never been treated so horribly by a 20 something in my life. I would never ever order food from there again and don't recommend it to anyone else unless you want the same experience I had.“
“Papa Johns 19th Avenue location did an EXCELLENT job on my order today! I’d placed a preorder, and having worked in the food industry I had concerns that it would either be running behind OR that they’d made them way too far ahead of time. Much to my surprise, I showed up one minute early and they were pulling the last pizza (number 11) out of the oven to box up right as I walked in! Impeccable timing. I tossed the pizza in hot bags and it was still nice and warm by the time that I arrived at my kids’ school which was 30 miles away!“
