Rooters is a great downtown bar with awesome friendly bartenders and quick service. It's usually a pretty easygoing place, and it picks up later in the evening on weekends. Lots of karaoke here as well if you like that.Pretty inexpensive place.
Went here with my boyfriend and a couple of other friends last night. Immediately at the door she checks my boyfriends ID and is convinced its fake even though it's not. She says we can wait at the entrance while she calls the cops to check it out, which we were fine with doing. We waited about 20 minutes and then finally she says she's tired of waiting for the cops and she's not supposed to give the ID back "because it's fake" but she gives it back to him and tells us to leave....read full review

I only rated the food at 5 cuz we didn't eat and they didn't give me an option. It's rooters. Dark. The staff is stellar though. I would never go at night because I can't stand college kids and that's who they cater to. But it's a decent place. Loved it back in the day to play darts and hang out
