“I used to frequently visit this location before COVID. Yesterday I was in the area and decided to stop by. This place was SO busy but they were so efficient and nice. I continue to be impressed each time I order. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I usually never have a problem with this location, lately they've been extremely slow. On top of that, there was one day that I had a mobile order set for 30 minutes before they closed (on a day they were scheduled to close early). I arrived 30 minutes before close, right on time for my order, only to find out the doors were locked. It was very upsetting and inconvenient. I ended up having to wait on the drive through for 20 minutes. I get it, employees want to lock up and clean up early so they can go home, but if the hours say the lobby is open, it should stay open.“

“Great service! Tyler always greets me with a smile and Riley always asks how my day has been as he flawlessly crafts those great sandwiches. If I could give 6 stars for customer service I would! I have never been disappointed and plan to return often!“

“I stopped going to Subway quite a while back.Not too long ago I had a coupon so I tried it out again.There were so many great updates.I WENT INTO THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY**** (109 Main Ave E, West Fargo, ND 58078) *****Steve was especially helpful. Like I said I had not been in one for a while. There were so many new choices.I absolutely love the new rotisserie chicken. And now that they are slicing their own meat it is much better.Also I had a rather unique situation of trying to keep my sandwiches cold for a few hours before I got home.Steve totally set me up so I felt very comfortable that my sandwiches would be great even though they would be in the car for a few hours.I just want to give kudos to Steve and Nathan for great customer service.They are keepers.

“I didn't keep my receipt, but i was there around 12:30pm on May 16, 2024, there was a few people who were BUSTING THEIR BUTTS there. They were all working SO hard because they're very understaffed. Each and every one of them deserve some recognition. They're all working so hard. I can't explain how much I appreciate them all. GIVE THEM RECOGNITION. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!! Also, talk to the owner. They should be in here helping when they're short staffed. Not running these 3 dry. Leadership starts at the top.“

“The few times I've been in here has always been a great experience. There's a gal that always wears her hair in a braided ponytail that is so nice! When I went in 11/9 around noon the two guys working were so nice and had such a great attitude. This location rocks!!! Will definitely be back.“

“I wanted to get a piece of carrot cake for my fiances birthday yesterday so I searched around on facebook to see where other people recommended to go for a single slice. A couple of people recommended McAlisters Deli. I would've never thought to go there for carrot cake but I headed over anyways! The girl working at the counter was very friendly. The carrot cake was a 10/10. It is so flavorful and moist. I was pleasantly suprised at how big the piece is as well! I wish I would've taken a picture but I finished the slice this morning for breakfast :)“

“Ordered the NY Steamer, it was good. What stood out was the friendly staff and how clean the restaurant was. The team was not only wiping down tables, but chairs and under table poles, I've never experienced that level of cleaning in a fast food joint around dinner. And it's not like they were cleaning up a mess, the place was just really clean.“
