“I usually never have a problem with this location, lately they've been extremely slow. On top of that, there was one day that I had a mobile order set for 30 minutes before they closed (on a day they were scheduled to close early). I arrived 30 minutes before close, right on time for my order, only to find out the doors were locked. It was very upsetting and inconvenient. I ended up having to wait on the drive through for 20 minutes. I get it, employees want to lock up and clean up early so they can go home, but if the hours say the lobby is open, it should stay open.“

“I just wanted to give kudos to the young man that was running the store on the evening of 1/8/2026. I wasn’t able to catch his name, but it seemed he was working the store all by himself it. The store was busy with lots of customers coming into the store, as well as the drive-through. I did have to wait a little bit longer than normal for my food. However, I understood and I can appreciate this young man’s hard work. He was kind to me and the quality of my sandwich was not affected despite him being the only one working and being busy. I just wanted to give him a shout out as I feel sometimes we forget to give praise where praise is due.“

“I was just in there and the employee working by himself was very good at his job. He made my experience very good. I managed a subway for numerous years and would love having him as an employee. His coworker was late but it didn’t rattle him. Please let this employee know great job!!!!!“

“There’s several subways in the Fargo area and I have never had a bad experience at any of them.
Much of the time it’s just one employee working and it’s they who are handling all of the orders in the store. All in all I think Subway should get more credit for Providing a super quick meal that is healthy.
I like the meatball sub. Wife gets blt.

“I didn't keep my receipt, but i was there around 12:30pm on May 16, 2024, there was a few people who were BUSTING THEIR BUTTS there. They were all working SO hard because they're very understaffed. Each and every one of them deserve some recognition. They're all working so hard. I can't explain how much I appreciate them all. GIVE THEM RECOGNITION. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!! Also, talk to the owner. They should be in here helping when they're short staffed. Not running these 3 dry. Leadership starts at the top.“

“I've been here multiple times..I order the French dip and have never been disappointed. I forgot to add my tea to my order so when I got to the pick up window I asked if I could order one and they threw it in for free...now that's customer service. Highly recommended.“

“Stopped by this sandwich shop for lunch the other day. The place was clean and the staff were polite, which I appreciated. The sandwich I ordered was decent — fresh ingredients and good portion size, but nothing really stood out flavor-wise. The bread was a bit drier than I expected, but not bad overall. Service was quick, and the prices seemed fair for what you get.“
