Slow every time I try this location. Today I left after waiting in The drive through amd went to Arby's and still beat the person who was behind me. Tried to get ahead of this slow location but the App didn't work either...
I waited AT the drive-thru order screen for 10 mins. Nobody said anything, such as "we'll be right with you" or " so sorry about the wait. I drove up to the drive-thru window, thinking perhaps the order screen or head sets were malfunctioning. 2 different employees looked and me and walked away. I honked my horn once to try to get their attention, and the employee looked at me and made a shoo motion with her hands. I sat at the drive thru intercom for 11 minutes and then I drove up to the window and the girl waved me off and walked away. I use to go here 3-4 times a week! Now I try to go put can never get service. It’s embarrassing that the owners are allowing this to happen! If you cannot staff it… close! Or the owners need to step up and work!
