At this past event, it was especially great working with them—they were incredibly collaborative, especially when guests naturally got up to grab ice cream and we had to put a brief pause on things. They were so helpful and easy to work with throughout. Of course, the ice cream itself was amazing! We even got the chance to grab a couple ourselves, and it did not disappoint. “Today was our 4th trip to Culvers. The meal we had was delicious. They have the softest pretzels and hot cheese I have ever had. I was really disappointed though with the raspberry malt. it looked like a chocolate malt instead of a raspberry one. I took a swallow and got a big mouth full of malt flavor. topped off with big chunks of raspberry. it might have been good if it was one of the cement drinks. I called back and told the worker what had happened, he said bring it back and we'll make a new one. Thank you for your kindness sir. I would definitely recommend Culvers to anyone“

“Fun place and decor. Really busy for lunch but order was correct, hot, and delicious. The single cheeseburger is huge, really enough to share-same with kids meals. It was the best burger I have had anywhere for years-full leaf of lettuce, slice of tomato and pickle, so good. The staff was efficient but not friendly and looked unhappy. As we left, I thanked two workers that I walked by, said it was a great lunch. They didn’t even acknowledge me.“

“The beautiful blonde that was working around 7-8 PM made my day. She was very kind and told me I was pretty. I also overheard her helping customers choose some drinks and give recommendations. She was bright and kind and honestly I was having a bad day and when she complimented my day was better. Give her a raise! The cafe is also very clean and neat and the workers are nice and give great service.“

Today I got the Caramel Apple Smoothie and it blows any apple pie milkshake you’ve ever had out of the water! Smooth and creamy but with all of those fall flavours that are so warm, comforting and cosy. It totally was a delicious treat!! I love the staff at every location I’ve been too, so happy and friendly and how they give such care to a simple smoothie. Can’t wait to come back, hopefully in time to try the Jacolantern before it gets taken off for the season.
