“The food is good! Service is attentive, for the most part, though it was clear why the Help Wanted sign was up. I want to say the menu should be updated, but I don't know what you'd add, as the menu is fairly extensive. Everything was clean and in good repair, though the vibe is sort of stuck in the 80's or 90's. All in all, if you are in the mood for well-prepared comfort food, head to The Viking. And save room for dessert.“

“I know I’ve bragged on this place before but it does not get any better than this. Tonight the food was outstanding again! Ribeye cooked perfectly, potato choice was hashbrowns…. extra crispy. Comes with salad and rolls. Service was top notch! Wine…well it’s not served by a sommelier but it was fine. I know there are steakhouses in Omaha that I absolutely love, but I don’t think any of them cook their steaks like this place. And you need to look at the receipt and the price point and I think you will be amazed at the value. Depending on where you live, it’s only a 20 minute drive north. Limited hours tho so look.“
