“Small town gas station with fantastic pizza flavor choices. I had the meat lovers personal pan pizza & I was full by the time I finished it. Several tables (booths) to sit and eat at. Continual flow of customer traffic in & out made time pass more quickly.”

“Our waitress was super sweet Ashtyn (not sure if correct spelling) and even though my side of mac n chz and shrimp was on the colder side everything tasted amazing. The manager came after waitress asked if all was okay , it tasted great just not very warm, and Ahe apologized. I feel he over did making things right but appreciated. I told him too everything was great just not very warm which I get “it happens”. Hubbies food was perfect. Everything else was great and will go back again. Nobody is perfect and it’s super busy I am understanding and patient everyone is short staffed and over worked”

“It was busy and bustling, but we still got to order fairly quickly. Then we got to sit down and the food was brought to the table in no time at all. Everything was piping hot, fresh, and delicious. We ordered custard separately and again it was brought to the table quickly. I was shocked that they were able to mix in the pecans so thoroughly they were all throughout the custard without being broken. All said a great experience and would stop here on a road trip again.”

“Stumbled on this little gem while visiting family in the area. Wasn’t quite sure what to expect for Filipino -American cuisine in Iowa. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered Pancit Bihon, Beef Kaldereta Stew, Lumpiang Shanghai, and the Korean BBQ plate. The food was great! We found authentic flavors, and generous portions. What a great find!!
And we loved the reminders that lumpiang aren’t egg rolls!”
