“The BEST! Everything is homemade. The decor is so cute and homey. There are tables on both the east and west side of the building and lots of seating outside when weather permits. They are open year round for breakfast and lunch and into the evening in the summer.Everything (except the hot dogs :-)) is homemade and served fresh and hot! I love the Italian beef sandwiches and bread pudding, but everything is delicious. The portions are huge and the prices so reasonable. You can't ask for a more personable staff. They are just wonderful!”

“This is the best cafe within many many miles in my opinion. I do not yet live in Winnebago yet however I travel here no problem for my caramel iced coffee and chicken salad sandwich. They’re the best by far and the staff is amazing. Can’t wait to move here and eat here daily.”

“I love Monterrey. Very affordable. I love how they have two locations on two sides of Sioux City, it’s very easy to access. I get the Beef Classic fajitas. Never can go wrong with their cheese dip! Tastes perfect with their chips and I even put some over my fajitas too! Very fast as well!”

“Went to Wheelhouse to see an NFL playoff game on their big screen televisions. My son absolutely loved his bacon cheeseburger and said fries were good but nothing unique. I had a great club sandwich with a bowl of chili (a slight upgrade over standard fries) and thoroughly enjoyed my alternate combo. Service was fantastic despite being very busy that night. Wheelhouse is located in a popular strip mall so found a parking space and did some walking to the bar.”

“I was unaware that dining in was kinda fancy. The food was incredible. The Madras was the best I've ever had. I'm pretty sure they use Ghee in the dishes so it's very rich and flavorful. The bullet Naan, jalepeno and cheese, is to die for. It's a little more expensive than other places in Sioux but it's worth the extra $.”

“This was a really nice casual place to eat. We were there a little earlier than dinner and was given the lunch menu. The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was very nice. I had the smothered chicken, and my husband had the chicken fried chicken. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a strawberry cheesecake for dessert to complete everything, and it was fabulous. I would have given this a 5 star, but there was a problem with the tea that was served. The waitress corrected the situation immediately. I would completely recommend this place and will be excited to try a nice steak on the dinner.menu the next time we are in town.”

The fact that it’s inside the door if a fun antique mall is a bonus. Seating is also available. Today I grabbed four different flavors of their most popular fudge to take back to the office, all for under $10.”
