“I haven’t eaten at this Popeyes in about seven months. Mostly because KFC is closer to my house. But KFC near my house, has just not impressed me for a while. So my grandkids wanted Popeyes today so we went out to 84th. From the order taker to the food this was an excellent experience. This is the model for how you should run a fast food restaurant. That auto taker was so friendly and I actually forgot something so when I got to the window, I asked if I could add it not a problem at all. Got home with the grandkids the food was delicious. I will definitely be making the drive out to this Popeyes location because of this experience. Keep up the good work.!!!!!!“

“I’ve been to Dave’s hot chicken a few times, and I’ve loved it each visit. The restaurant is usually always busy, and you can expect to wait 20+ minutes for your food any given day. However, I recommend this restaurant still due to the great food they have there. The chicken is cooked perfectly with the best blend of spices and sauce. Come hungry, because you will get your money’s worth of food.“

“This was the most delicious fast food place to eat around Omaha! This particular location is over the top in customer service. I would say this is because of the amazing management at this location and 2 particular employees that assisted me over and over again with patience and attentiveness. Their names are Tasneem over the top. Always smiling and very customer oriented. Leonardo too was a great cashier and very respectful when I kept getting confused. We choose this business over chick fillet, hands down, 15 of my family members. We love the food, service, special sauce and wonderful environment. Thank you!“

“Went for lunch with my husband and two kids and had the best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. Curtis was so kind and generous and even had our timid 18 month old girl smiling and talking to him. Curtis brought my family each a complimentary warm chocolate chip cookie to finish off our meal, not knowing we were out celebrating my birthday. THANK YOU, for a wonderful experience. “Edit: After I went back a couple of times after I posted this review eventually I stopped encountering the latter problem at this location.

Whether it was because of this review or coincidence it is still enough to re-rank my review. thank you guys!

• (Problem: I don’t have this problem with any other Raising Canes locations it is just this one.

Their lemonades do not have enough sugar in them. Every time I ask for a sweet Arnold Palmer the lemonade part of it does not taste the same compared to other locations.

I also know that they’re not adding enough sugar because one of my friends works at this location. When I told them about it they said that some of their coworkers are too dumb to just add a certain amount of sugar into the water like they’re supposed to.

Also they seem to forget to add the extra cane’s sauce I ask for. I know there is an extra charge for them. I’m willing to pay that extra charge. When the person rings back my order they say extra canes sauce when they’re reading the order back to me. Just when I go to actually receive the food it’s not in there. Missing it once or twice is understandable. Mistakes happen. This happens however every time I go to this location.

I hope this review will make it to someone’s eyes that way they can tell their employees what to do to improve. I like eating at Raising Canes I enjoy it.

I do not want to be receiving my food, going into the parking lot, checking my food just to make sure I receive everything. That’s got to be one of the worst experiences if I have to do that. That is all. Thank you.)“

“This location is truly amazing. You saved my daughter's graduation party. I had under-ordered food significantly and the employees were able to whip up a 100 piece tailgate in no time at all, and we still didn't have any leftovers. lol You all are amazing.“

“I was in the dining room, when I clumsily dropped all my chick-fil-a sauce! It got on my shoes and all over the floor, then, a kind young man named Levi R. came to my rescue and efficiently cleaned the mess and even wiped off my new white shoes all while keeping a calm, composed demeanor. He even got me a new sauce! Thank you Chick-fil-a, you really are the best fast food restaurant with the best trained employees. 😅😘“

“I came here for lunch today. There was quite a bit to choose from. There was chicken, chicken fingers, chicken gizzards, chicken livers, potatoes, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, biscuits and even apple pies. I got a three piece chicken finger box with a side of taters wedges and a biscuit. The portions given we’re all worth the value spent. Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. I wouldn’t change a thing. The Bird shack is located inside the speedy mart convenience store gas station. When you walk in hook a sharp right and go all the way to the back and you can’t miss it. Or just follow the yummy scent of chicken. They had other miscellaneous items available like pizza burritos and leftover breakfast items. The staff was really friendly and helpful and they were very prompt to give me excellent customer service. The area was clean and fresh and clutter free. Everyone was talking and seemed very happy to be working there. I’ll definitely be returning.“

“It’s a gas station so clutch your pearls! But that chicken is actually so good it’s criminal. And there 4.99 meal (picture attached) is good value! Give them in the back a raise! This is also one of the better locations in the Omaha area!“
