Rumor was they got new management a while ago so we thought we'd give them another chance. We will not be back. The young man hosting did not smile once, didn't greet us or say a word as he laid our menus down and just walked away. Our waitress, Alivia, was really great! The mac n cheese in mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken was bland. The chicken was great! They messed up my husbands order and brought his out piping hot. The manager is great and all of the severs are very friendly and very efficient
My wife and I are regulars at this Applebees. We find the service friendly, the food promptly served and properly prepared. What you get actually looks like the menu photos. The bartenders are excellent and love the happy hour specials. We will continue to frequent this establishment. Alexis and Karl are our favorite bartenders.

Applebee's Grill + Bar offers good food, but service can be hit or miss. On a slow Mother's Day evening, food took a long time to arrive, and drinks were forgotten. On a Friday afternoon, however, service was impressive, with friendly hosts and quick order-taking. Some customers noted that the restaurant can be quite cold, making it uncomfortable to take off coats while eating, even on chilly days. Others experienced delays, such as ordering at 6 pm for pickup that was ready after 7, and issues with the app for pickup not working. The burger specials were cooked perfectly, juicy, and delicious, and the waiter was attentive and kind. Overall, the food is fine, but the experience can be average, and the atmosphere may sometimes feel too chilly.
