Arby's in Lincoln

“Ordered food through DoorDash, they ran out of what I wanted, they replaced everything. They communicated perfectly , and even gave us a coupon. (Which was totally unnecessary, as it was out of their control.) RAISE THE WAGE FOR FOOD SERVICE WORKERS!!! Your employees are amazing.“

“It's Arby's, I know what I am getting. Things don't change much in the Fast Food industry, and when they do, it's generally for the worse.
This Arby's was clean, the staff was amiable, and I was satisfied.
Generally speaking, I don't do FF as when I was younger. My sandwich and fries were above "warm". I left satisfied, I had an Arby's Melt and Curly Fries. Things I haven't had for years.

Parking: Plenty of parking on site.

Kid-friendliness: Two families with kids were there when I was. Well behaved and laughing.“

“We only went through the drive thru, but we went for the $7 box deal which is a great deal! You get a beef or chicken sandwich, your choice of side, we chose potato cakes, which came with 2, 2 mozzarella sticks, and a peach cobbler roll. Before, in baked fruit goods, I only liked apple or lemon in them, but this thing was AWESOME! Now, when we adopted our beloved dog, we soon realized that Arby’s is her absolute FAVORITE! She goes BONKERS for it! So to comment on the service, I’ll say two things, 1. We love people that love our dog, and when the employee opened the window to take payment, he busted out laughing and said, I LOVE your dog! She’s back there dancing! We told him that Arby’s is her absolute favorite. And 2. After taking payment and handing the drinks out, which I failed to mention were part of the box deal, they had our boxes ready immediately and ALL of the items were PIPING hot! Nicely done!“

Excellent service. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. My food was fresh and hot, and while I was waiting on potato cakes, every single person who walked by the drive-thru window let me know they were coming out fresh. I think three different employees checked in with me.
That level of communication really stood out and was appreciated. You don’t see that everywhere. Great experience.“

“Haven't been to Arby's in years last time I had it i remember just how bad it was, BUT time can change a place and why not Arby's so like most people who choose fast food i took the drive thru and it was relatively quick. Homie even offered my dog a treat. Got the food home, and took everything of the bag (napkins were included). Since the sandwich was bad last time I was gonna save it for last. Considering everyone and thier mom know's Arby's fries are good i ordered the Jalapeño bits cause dont see those as often and was impressed. Either they were good or the sauce made them excellent. Next was the sandwich some brisket sandwich that looked good on the menu picture. When I opened the box it came in it was greasy, but not too greasy which too me is expected like it's fast food. From there I'd let my taste buds decide. Took a bite and bam!!! not only did it impress but I will be getting Arby's again!“

“We don't frequent fast food often. Stopped through quick Sunday night driving through. The 3 guys working were attentive and patient with the kids. Food was also good. Plus a decent deal on the food, which seems to be a rarity most of the time. $20 to feed 3 of us full meals.“

“Went through the drive through. The food was on point, but I was the only customer (either in-store or drive through) and my food took a minute. Whatever, worth it. Got a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich.. yup. Super satisfying. One of those types of things that hits the spot when you don't know what sounds good to eat so you just order the first thing that catches your eye at the first place you stop. Staff was very nice though.“
