Arby's in Omaha

“2nd review. Drive thru. The computer kept going down. We were patient, she was patient, everything was cool. My kid wants a job I wouldn't mind her working here. Seems like a solid crew.
1st review. Food was hot and great. However they definitely gave me a double not a half pound and I'm not driving all the way back to fix it. Nice customer service though“

“I went to Arby’s at about 11:40AM on Sunday and this young man named Tyson was working, I have never met someone so helpful and nice ever, he was giving me food ideas because I wasn’t for sure what I wanted to get. And then he even talked to me for a bit and brought my food out to me. I also seen him constantly going out into the lobby and cleaning tables and then he went over and helped me when I was getting up to leave, I have traveled around America and go to different Arbys but this was by far my favorite experience!“

“Arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. Our order included 3 large Jamocha shakes. I kept waiting for them to tell me the shake machine was down or already cleaned or something else was wrong with it. To my surprise, all 3 shakes came out delicious. This is a rarity for late night fast food!“

“Forgot this location existed til recently. Went in for some quick lunch. Food was done before we even had our sodas filled.

Staff is cheery, even taking time to decorate the lobby. Which most places don't do.

Great vibe all around. Will go back again“

“The store was clean and being cleaned at the same time, the employees were professional and friendly, the service was great and food was out in a very timely manner, the condiments were stocked well and the drink station was clean as well! One of the best Arby's I have ever been to!“

How is it that a young lady mikeisha can be better at customer service than most places.
5 stars are not enough to describe her energy,friendliness and positive energy.
She is the epitome of what customer service should be.

“As a plumber I eat all over the place. I hadnt been to this Arbys in a few years, but as soon as the older gentleman went to take my order his voice clicked in my head, i remembered his voice. Hes a very sweet, personable guy and has worked here for some time now. Id come in simply just to talk to him.“

“I stopped by Arby’s today and had such a great experience at the drive-through. The young woman working the window was extremely kind, upbeat, and genuinely friendly — it really made my day. Customer service like that is rare and deserves recognition.

“Let me tell you about Noe!! The things I wanted were not available and had to be cooked fresh. Of course thats not what you want to hear at 9pm with an insufferable migraine on day 3. But he was so pleasant about it, and had to have started it right away, cause it seemed done in no time. His attitude was amazing and friendly as they come! Keep him close, he is special! Thank you!“
