McDonald's in Lincoln

“Just went through the drive thru for a small iced mocha latte, and all of the workers were so sweet. Im pretty sure they had to turn their espresso machine back on which I feel super bad about, but they made sure my drink was good! Thank you guys for always being nice when I come to this location!“

“This McDonald's in Lincoln, NE. was the absolute cleanest, fastest, best managed and ran McDonald's we hVe been to since COVID. We love the Sausage Breakfast Burritos. I would highly recommend this McDonald's Loved that they had everything in stock and ready from the Burritos, to mild salsa, to orange juice and katsup. I know that my sound odd, but lately every McDonald's has been out of these staple items. If going through Lincoln, NE. and looking for a McDonald's, stop in here and give these wonderful people you business and support!!!“

“The tables are most the time always not clean, not wiped down. Over by the fountain drinks the entire counter is the same. Sticky soda and drinks spilled. One positive for them they have freshly cooked fries.

“There is a woman there who works everyday and night. I wanted to do something for her because she works so hard. She's amazing. Shes definitely a manager. But usually in the mornings. She deserves an A++++++ and the nice man who gave me 100 dollars one night when I had lost everything. Hmmmmmmm I would say that is the best staff by far. People who care. 👍 👍“

“Ok, the kids and I were disappointed in the "new play area". It consisted of 4 screens for them to play on and one table game. Ok, kids (mine included) now a days have way too much screen time. At least the old play area gave them some exercise and just able to be a kid and play.“

“House lost power tonight in storms. Had to go there to get food. Had to have been half of North Lincoln there. The staff was working hard and racing around making food quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure of her name, but she was a Hispanic lady working front of the house, and she was AMAZING. She was running that place like the navy.

Her and that team helped a lot of people in Lincoln not go hungry tonight.

5/5 will become my regular McDonald's in the future.“

“I was riding my bike when I had a flat tire. I walked a mile to the nearest McDonald's, where I was greeted with friendly employees that made me feel at home. They got my delicious, warm, & filling breakfast without a wait, and with a constant smile. I would definitely recommend this place for an amazing breakfast.“

“Check your bag before you leave. Because every time I have been there. They don't give you all of your food or they make something wrong. Or your food is not cooked all the way and they say that they will send you things in the mail to make it right but . They will NEVER SHOW UP!!“

“Was busy on a Sunday late morning, the drive thru was backed up. We were inside and witnessed a couple people complaining about a mixed up order. One man yelled at the manager and stormed out. Very rude. We felt bad for the employees that got yelled at. The manager even apologized to us for the scene and gave us free desserts, completely above and beyond what she had to do. I was only offended by how rude the man was.“

“Carissa with a k was dealing with a very stressful situation, 3 people were training and she continued to have a very upbeat, cheerful attitude, she helped me with my order while the drive thru was poppin, she had a nice conversation with me. She needs a raise“

“Took the kiddo here for lunch, has a little play place to let him run and burn some energy off!

Kid-friendliness: Has a little play place for the kids to be able to play with high observation so you can keep an eye on them!“

“Normally pretty good food. Seems like lack of communication with customers and guests when busy and even with coworkers. Maybe more people are needed on shift if it would help during peak hours with how they are suppose to answer the drive threw and greet the first 3 seconds. Normally the wait in line hasn't been as bad around the 11pm to 2am peak hour in the city but the silence at the speaker and lack of communication or customer service at windows even could improve. The speed has definitely picked up though and quality of food made to order has become notice aswell!“

“I frequent this McDonald's fairly regularly. The service is always timely and the food is as expected. Today I ordered inside and had two different employees check to see how I was doing, offering to take my tray and get me a refill. In this day of struggling to find good employees, especially in the food industry, I'm impressed with the consistent service I get at this McDonald's.“
