Best customer service! And best milkshakes 🥰 Staff is friendly and kind always love coming here! Best McDonald’s in Lincoln!
I can only assume that the negative reviews here are from late night trips maybe? This is, by far, the best McD's in town. I only go for breakfast or lunch so that's all I know, but it's always excellent. The people are cool too. Idk if there's a better one in the country!
Only purchased drinks and vanilla sundae.

McDonald's in town is a popular spot known for friendly service and quick drive-thru times. While the fries may occasionally be less fresh and a bit cold, the crew is generally competent and attentive to dietary restrictions, offering bun-free burgers and separate fryers for gluten-free options. The staff are often very sweet and make sure drinks like iced mocha latte are prepared well, even if it requires turning on the espresso machine. Customers find that during busy lunch hours, the service remains reliably quick, and the food is consistently good. The parking lot is small but usually has available spaces, making it convenient for customers. Many visitors are impressed by how fast and fresh their orders are, especially when using mobile orders, and appreciate the friendly attitude of the workers. Overall, this location stands out as a reliable and pleasant place to eat, with a manager who ensures quick service and hot food.
