“I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are friendly, the lady at the counter asked if I needed a drink carrier, while handing me my packs of cookies which were super fresh and I didn't even request them to be! ??Thank you guys, keep it up!!“

“It's a McDonald's. The reason for 4 Stars is because half the time they fill your drink when they bring it out. The other half they just bring you an empty cup then you have to get up and fill it. They need to figure it out before they take away the self serve drinks.“

“We really liked this McDonald's! It was clean & the employees were all very nice. It was comfortable with cushioned seats. The food came out just as I had ordered with customizations. I would definitely recommend this location at 13708 Q St in Omaha.“

“I had not been inside a McDonald's in a few years. Everything seems to be streamlined to using kiosks to order & pay for your food. I had a bit of trouble finding what I wanted, & would guess that some older folks would have troubles too. I chose to pay with cash & had to wait a while for someone to help me. They bring everything out to you on a tray. You only have to get ketchup packets or a refill of your drink. The table area was very clean & tidy.

Parking: Super busy during lunch hour.“

“New management took over abd this place is shining. Food comes out in time. Youre not waiting 20 to 30 minutes to just a #1 like before. This place has come a long way and now a McDonalds I would definately get food from. Great job!! GOD Bless!!“

“Stopped in at 11:45pm on Saturday night and the crew was super friendly and energetic and the food was freshly made and delicious. We had just got back from a flight and were heading home and very tired. They made our night and all the pain from the day of traveling go away. Great job to those crew members for being awesome“

“This is the only McDonald's left that I'm aware of that still has the jungle gym area inside for kids to play in. So it's a go too when I have my little ones. Some of the staff here is really nice and some of the staff here is average at best. The food is usually fresh at this location.“

“We had visited this location on 7-15-2024,I was very impressed of how friendly the staff was and how one of the workers Alven,was nice and helped us at the kiosk because we were having some issues,he was nice about it and did excellent service.the restaurant was very clean and the food was hot and tasted good.“

“Hit drive thru late. Told to go to 1st window but nobody there to take my money, waited a bit and went to the next window. Got my food and told to have a nice night, asked that guy if they would like me to pay. Told him nobody around the other window so have him my card and paid. I'm not the guy to drive off without paying, but it's also not necessarily my job to make sure you are doing yours. Food was expected McDonald's quality, hot and fresh and tasty.“

“McDonald’s on 40th is the bomb.com!!! The guy working the window Ali deserves the biggest shout out!! He went above and beyond making sure my food was hot and all correct (which means so much because I always have to check the bag to make sure they aren’t missing anything at my normal location lol) as well as making sure the cookies I ordered were fresh out the oven. Ali was so sweet and friendly really serving up smiles and laughter as well as HOT FRESH food!!! GET THIS GUY A RAISE!!!! Will definitely be making 40th my new go to location!! Thank you Ali!!!!“

Walk in sit down and order and they bring it out to you.
I only had one day where it was so busy that I had to go to the counter, but I seen the school bus in the parking lot so should have known better.“

“I consistently come here, and compared to all other McDonald’s in the city, debatably the state cuz I have always had really poor experiences in Lincoln. The workers always have a great attitude and they always get you right through. If you are in a hurry this is the spot! They need to model the other locations on this one. Keep it up“

“This McDonald's is located in NW Omaha just Southwest of 168th St and West Maple. Very nice and clean, including the restrooms 🚻 👌. Basically the standard McDonald's menu items 👌. Friendly and helpful staff 👍 very courteous 😉 . The only slight drawback is access. But well worth the little extra maneuvering 🚗 Today I tried the $5 value meal 😋 👌 🍔🐔🍟🥤 it will fill you up 👍😉 plenty of parking available and wheelchair ♿️ accessible ramp👨‍🦽👩‍🦽“

“I walked into the store to order. I immediately felt welcomed. The employees on first shift (9-5-24) @ 10:30am were very positive, happy, upbeat and willing to help. Everyone had a smile on their face. The manager did a great job and keeping his employees going and in a posivite environment. His engry he have off was incredible. He really made my day just by being so generous and positive.“

“Came here for a quick bite the other day and it was actually better than I expected. The place was clean, and the staff seemed pretty chill even during the rush. Ordered a burger and fries, and everything came out hot and fresh, which doesn’t always happen at fast food spots lol. Fries were a little salty but still good. Service was fast enough, didn’t have to wait too long. Prices are decent for what you get. Not the fanciest place or anything, but it gets the job done and I’d probly come back again.“

“Absolutely stunning restraunt prices are great and the burgers are amazing! I was accidentally given a wrong burger which is fine but it was replaced with a McCracken and I was able to keep the burger. Hear me out. I am highly autistic and they treated me fantastically. There was lots of pee on the bathroom floor but this was made up by the amazing service of the workers. There were a few people here eating some sort of mushroom which was offered and I enjoyed and somehow after consuming it my burger started talking to me“
