McDonald's in Lincoln

“Stopped by McDonald’s recently and had an average experience overall. The food was what you’d generally expect—nothing outstanding, but nothing terrible either. The order was mostly accurate, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time.
The staff seemed busy, so service felt a little rushed, but they still got people through fairly quickly. McDonald’s is convenient when you need a quick meal on the go, and it usually serves its purpose. Overall, it was a decent visit with both positives and areas that could be improved.“

“Service, & food is the best, when a certain male manager is on duty, as he tends to business & takes care of his customers, plus we've watched him clean the dining area & pickup trash or whatever else needs to be done. My only complaint is, why is it always so cold in there, just because it's warm back in food prep, doesn't mean it's warm in the dining area? Shouldn't have to leave your coat on & shiver from the cold in the dining area while you're trying to eat?“

“Food was so good, the guy who served me my food was amazing, great vibe. I worked the fast food industry before and I know it’s hard work, but even during a rush at 9:40 they honestly made my day with how good they served my food.“

“House lost power tonight in storms. Had to go there to get food. Had to have been half of North Lincoln there. The staff was working hard and racing around making food quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure of her name, but she was a Hispanic lady working front of the house, and she was AMAZING. She was running that place like the navy.

Her and that team helped a lot of people in Lincoln not go hungry tonight.

5/5 will become my regular McDonald's in the future.“

“McDonald’s on Pine Lake Road offers consistent fast-food convenience with extended drive-thru hours and a full menu of burgers, breakfast items, fries, and beverages. Mobile ordering and the rewards program add practicality. Service is generally efficient for a high-volume location, making it a reliable option for quick meals in south Lincoln. Be prepared because most all the staff won't or doesn't speak English.“

“The drive thru is fast and they are on top of it regardless of the line! Downfall.. the inside is not the best. The bathrooms are pretty dirty. We come inside often to eat icecream with our toddler on our bike rides. The chairs and tables aren’t clean, trash on the floor, and bathrooms are maintained. There are no worries for mold, bugs, etc , but overall just not cleanly. Granted, they are usually busy, and finding time & staff to properly clean can be difficult. I’m just giving my opinion as a mother and still very much like this store for its location!“

“Was busy on a Sunday late morning, the drive thru was backed up. We were inside and witnessed a couple people complaining about a mixed up order. One man yelled at the manager and stormed out. Very rude. We felt bad for the employees that got yelled at. The manager even apologized to us for the scene and gave us free desserts, completely above and beyond what she had to do. I was only offended by how rude the man was.“

“No good deeds goes undone, but today the manager here at this McDonald's Alex made sure that wasn't the care. He help refund the money that could have been wasted on a order for a needy family and also allowed me to give the food that also could have been wasted to another well deserving family. We more managers like Alex in many establishment. Even though he was been and goes to other location to help out. I am happy he was at this location to help and assist. God bless Alex, keep up the good work.“

“Carissa with a k was dealing with a very stressful situation, 3 people were training and she continued to have a very upbeat, cheerful attitude, she helped me with my order while the drive thru was poppin, she had a nice conversation with me. She needs a raise“

“My experience at McDonald’s today was very disappointing. The service was slow and the staff were disrespectful. They gave me the wrong order twice, and when I told them it wasn’t what I ordered, they refused to change it. What made it even worse is that they treated my young daughters poorly when they tried to explain that the order was wrong. This is completely unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s, and I hope management takes action to improve their customer service immediately.”“

“I just love this particular business.
The arches are Old School and reminds me of the Original McDonalds.
This particular McDonalds makes sure the customers are waited on promptly.
I always use the Drive thru, it's so Convenient!“

“Honestly thought it was gonna be the same as every other McDonald's but my food was actually fresh and whoever made the effort to give all my kids a different toy so I didn't have to hear them all arguing and go around labeling the same copy of 1 character 4 damn times is the GOAT.
