“Stopped by McDonald’s recently and had an average experience overall. The food was what you’d generally expect—nothing outstanding, but nothing terrible either. The order was mostly accurate, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time.
The staff seemed busy, so service felt a little rushed, but they still got people through fairly quickly. McDonald’s is convenient when you need a quick meal on the go, and it usually serves its purpose. Overall, it was a decent visit with both positives and areas that could be improved.“

“House lost power tonight in storms. Had to go there to get food. Had to have been half of North Lincoln there. The staff was working hard and racing around making food quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure of her name, but she was a Hispanic lady working front of the house, and she was AMAZING. She was running that place like the navy.

Her and that team helped a lot of people in Lincoln not go hungry tonight.

5/5 will become my regular McDonald's in the future.“

“Food was so good, the guy who served me my food was amazing, great vibe. I worked the fast food industry before and I know it’s hard work, but even during a rush at 9:40 they honestly made my day with how good they served my food.“

“The tables are most the time always not clean, not wiped down. Over by the fountain drinks the entire counter is the same. Sticky soda and drinks spilled. One positive for them they have freshly cooked fries.

“Was busy on a Sunday late morning, the drive thru was backed up. We were inside and witnessed a couple people complaining about a mixed up order. One man yelled at the manager and stormed out. Very rude. We felt bad for the employees that got yelled at. The manager even apologized to us for the scene and gave us free desserts, completely above and beyond what she had to do. I was only offended by how rude the man was.“

“Food at this McDonald's is normally not to bad. Stopped here after a concert and took 27 minutes to get through the drive thru from the time I pulled up with only one vehicle ahead of me. Ordered to get the monopoly pieces and instead of a 10 piece nugget they gave me a 4 piece and a 6 piece rob ing me of a game piece. Nuggets were not hot but fries were fresh. Wish the service was the same here every time you go.“

“No good deeds goes undone, but today the manager here at this McDonald's Alex made sure that wasn't the care. He help refund the money that could have been wasted on a order for a needy family and also allowed me to give the food that also could have been wasted to another well deserving family. We more managers like Alex in many establishment. Even though he was been and goes to other location to help out. I am happy he was at this location to help and assist. God bless Alex, keep up the good work.“

“Carissa with a k was dealing with a very stressful situation, 3 people were training and she continued to have a very upbeat, cheerful attitude, she helped me with my order while the drive thru was poppin, she had a nice conversation with me. She needs a raise“

“I was riding my bike when I had a flat tire. I walked a mile to the nearest McDonald's, where I was greeted with friendly employees that made me feel at home. They got my delicious, warm, & filling breakfast without a wait, and with a constant smile. I would definitely recommend this place for an amazing breakfast.“

“My experience at McDonald’s today was very disappointing. The service was slow and the staff were disrespectful. They gave me the wrong order twice, and when I told them it wasn’t what I ordered, they refused to change it. What made it even worse is that they treated my young daughters poorly when they tried to explain that the order was wrong. This is completely unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s, and I hope management takes action to improve their customer service immediately.”“

“I love the decorations for the season. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I made a mistake ordering my food and told them I forgot something and they fixed it for me. This place has a really good feeling vibe. My kids love it here too“

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Lincoln, Nebraska. The employee who took my order, Jasmine, was very kind, friendly, and professional. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really made a difference during my visit.

The food was fresh and tasted great, the service was fast and efficient, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Jasmine did a great job representing this location.

I would definitely recommend this McDonald’s and will be back again.“
