My experience with McDonald's as a franchise has been 50/50. Sometimes, there are things missing from my order, like fries or dipping sauces. There could be condiments put on my burger that I specifically requested not to be put on there, or they end up taking it off a burger that I wanted them on. My experience with this location was immediately ruined off the bat. The hours posted on Google say it's open until 11:00pm. Well that's super disappointing and I wish I could say it's the first time. I ask for no cheese to keep sodium levels down for medical condition. I end up getting cheese anyway practically every time. Tried to scrape it off which didn't work very well and just made a mess. And no onions on it either.

They have the automatic order machine that can't get the order right. Got 2 medium drinks with my meal, they don't refund the cost of second drink, they give you a coupon card for a small beverage, not medium. Just doesn't compute, still want my 1.39 plus tax, won't be going to the Millard McDonals again, they can keep the money. Oh and if they make a mistake you have to go inside for that card. Again I got a card for a small drink, not a medium
