26 Best Salad Restaurants in Lincoln

“Family Dinner Time! Decided to finally check out Los Cabos by the south 84th street Walmart. Directly across from Big Red Keno it's a fairly unassuming location but was pretty packed when we went on a week night. Much bigger than it seems, with tables winding all throughout the space.

We received a Very warm welcome upon entering and were seated immediately. Chips & Salsa and waters were brought out pretty quickly. Drinks arrived not too long after. Our order was taken but then took around 30 minutes to be delivered. Kinda hard with 2 hungry young ones but we made it work.

Medium sized child got a Kids Chicken Enchilada Meal. I seriously blinked and it was gone. Her middle name is Beans and she was in her element! Little one had an *$8* Hot Dog 😐. Every effort to convince him to order something involving a tortilla was futile and ultimately it just wasn't worth the fight. He actually loved it and his fries and cleaned his plate as well!

My husband who is Obsessed with a similar dish from another local fave was excited to try their Pollo Poblano! Chicken topped with poblanos, mushrooms, and a cream sauce it definitely earned a mention. He said the rice had a great flavor!

I have a harder time eating at local Mexican places. Although they have a vegetarian menu, most of it contains rice & beans which is pretty much guaranteed to Not be vegetarian. I got the V-6 Combo which included a Chile Relleno, Spinach Enchilada, and Mushroom Quesadilla. I was More than pleasantly surprised! Chile Relleno was respectable with yummy cheese. The other veggies were seasoned and delicious and just done right!

I think this will be a Great place to return for date night. Margs look yummy, staff was friendly, price point is Excellent!

“The staff and service at this location was great. They forgot to add my 8pc nuggets, so I called and got connected with Chick Fil A Cares. They do not care. The man on the phone was very rude and made the call much more difficult than it needed to be. I went back to the store and they quickly got me my nuggets and gave me a brownie for the inconvenience. So impressed with their swiftness in correcting the mistake.“

“I overall had a great experience here! The food was fresh and the service was excellent. The one thing I did want to comment on, though, was the conversations I overheard right next to me by a female manager. Most of the time while I ate, I heard her making rather negative comments, and some of those negative comments were about her employees. I found it rather unprofessional, and I would advise not to have those types of conversations around customers. It's not a good look on the management nor the environment of the establishment. Otherwise, I had a pleasant time here.“

“We have been big fans of Yia Yia's for a long time, and now we go with our kids who love it too. I really enjoy the pizza (the Atlantic is probably our favorite, though it is all soooo good) and have always been impressed with the beer selection (especially at the downtown location, where the bottle/can options are sorted by country of origin).

Kid-friendliness: Fun kid drink options, including root beer on tap, and limitless build-your-own pizza options make this a top spot for taking my kids out for a treat.“

“Very nice place to grab a lunch. Love the customization and topping the pizza after it cooks with drizzles and arugula. The line is always either nonexistent or super long, no in between and hard to predict. Be mindful of this if you plan on stopping between classes, but no complaints. Tons of options for various diets as well. highly recommend

Some people think that they have to achieve to a higher standard standard and I believe that Candice(we never caught her last name...
This girl pointed out to me myself...
That there was an actual deal for the items that I was about to purchase and I can get them at a discounted price...

But this girl went out of her way and helped us out and was very courteous to us and the other customers that we seen her deal with you know she was great...

“I was in town for the football game and we stopped in afterwards. There were some highs and lows to the experience. We'll start with the low... Chicken wings were pretty forgettable. No flavor, thin sauce, not crispy. I wouldn't order them again even if paid. However, the Chicken Philly was pretty darn tasty and I will order this item again! Wonderfully seasoned and the cheese was perfectly gooey. A great post-game bite! The service was quite impressive given how busy it was and earned this review the 4th star (yeah, wings were really poor). To top off the great service, they had the volleyball game on and the entire bar was cheering as if they were actually at the game! I've never been a part of something like that at a bar, so kudos to the Husker fans and Brewsky's for promoting a great atmosphere.... Truly, y'all can do so much better with your wings...“

“First time here. Got the Backyard Burger and Truffle Fries. Food was great and staff was friendly. Only drawback which in not a big deal is they asked how I wanted the burger cooked. I said medium-rare but it was medium/medium well. It still was great and I will be back“

“On a Saturday at noon, this location was quite busy. Friendly staff dealt with an angry customer in front of me in a professional and respectful manner, plus made her food all over again. The cashier was friendly and took my order quickly. I had to wait about 25 minutes for my single order, but to be expected with the number of customers waiting ahead of me as well as all the order-ahead customers jetting in to pick up. Positive experience overall.“
