“Like you would expect, Madsen's is a good, wholesome bar and grill. Food and service gets a 5 star review. Got the burger and chicken sandwich. Wife gave a 3 thumbs up on the chicken sandwich... good portion... nice and juicy, etc. Go there.”

“RTB and my family go way back. My husband and I spent our first Valentine’s Day there in 2014 and unbeknownst to us we’d buy our forever home just down the road. We eat at RTB a LOT. Some of our longtime favorites include: chicken fried steak on Tuesdays, the Top Sirloin, and the steak salad. They always take extra care when packing to-go orders if we don’t feel like lugging kids to the restaurant. Our dining experiences are typically great but tonight was absolutely exceptional. Our kiddos (kind of) behaved, the food was perfect, drinks were extra cold and our server (Tess) was on point - even bringing us out warm cookies after our meal. Like, what!? So, so good. We highly recommend this awesome family-friendly establishment!”

“I have driven by this place many times, and the smoky aroma tempts me each time, but this time, I finally stopped. The brisket sandwich was excellent and the sauce selections at the table were perfect. The mashed potatoes and corn muffin were also excellent. Its worth making the 30 minute trip from my house!”

“We came in on a Sunday night and we found a young lady dusting and asked if the bar was still open. She assured us the bar was still open and she asked us what we were drinking. When we asked her what was on tap she asked us if we like old fashions. Then she made us her own version of an old fashion she called a pb&j old fashion. To my surprise it was fantastic!

“I had a wonderful experience at Cheri O’s! It’s about 1/2 way between Omaha and Lincoln - a great place to meet. Jenna waited on us, she was very personable and greeted us with a smile😁. She went above and beyond; I lost my glove and thought I may have dropped it there. Jenna went outside and found it where I parked! I highly recommend Cheri O’s for the wonderful service and delicious homemade food❣️”

“The buffalo ribeye medium rare was crazy good. One of the top 5 steaks I’ve had anywhere. The homemade salads on the salad bar were delicious and even the mixed vegetable side was way beyond what one typically associates with mixed vegetables.

Oh and beautiful sunset views of the Platte River.”

“What a treat! Was looking for a place to grab ice cream and decided to give it a try. Boy was it worth it! Cinnamon ice cream by the scoop, Halloween decor to the max, and even antiques for sale at garage sale prices! My boys loved the animatronic werewolf, chocolate chip ice cream and two parks in walking distance. Even from Omaha we may make a special trip back a few times a year!”
