“First time ever to a Runza. The food was hot and came up in an appropriate amount of time. However, the restaurant was not well kept. The building looked new but it was dirty and in need of cleaning. Dirty tables, trash overflowing, and the drink area was a mess.“

“Went there Friday at about 5pm. The gentleman that took our order was friendly and funny. He also brought our food out and was cleaning tables in the dining area. Food was hot and fresh and made to order. The staff was very friendly.
The only reason for not 5 stars, the bathrooms were disgusting and the floors needed some attention.“

“It took over an hour to get my food. When it finally arrived, the driver pressured me for a tip. My food was way!!!!!! Under cooked, when I called to complain, the manager hung up on me. I returned the food and received a bad attitude. Fire them all and start over. I will never patronize this store again. I hope this store closes and goes bankrupt“
